Love this place
Slow service
well i tried to support black owned or partnered businesses but this location is not it. had the order wrong so i turned around, went in to get it corrected …...went inside , let the manager know it wasn’t fixed correctly.. opening up the sandwich, i showed her …i even wrote down on my own paper how i wanted it and gave it to her she told me to throw the sandwich away and wait on a new one and i did ..Crazy part before i left out of the store something told me to open it up and look ,but me trusting adults could correct a order i just knew it was going to be right …Obviously, I was wrong …disappointing when i made it back home same thing an incorrect order .due to traffic i called to make them aware spoke to one of the managers (a woman )seem to have a attitude about me telling her my order was once again Wrong …Nothing was offered for the inconvenience but if i didn’t have anything to do i would have bought it back to be corrected or asked for a refund because people spend their money they should get what they ask for .Anywho just an update, looking at the reviews i’m not the only one .
I’ve been to several steak escape locations and the customer service was over the top and very professional. However, the Byram, MS location is a complete embarrassment and disgrace to the entire steak escape franchise. I went through the drive-thru and and my order total was around $27 and some change, for some reason the loud mouthed, incompetent, ratchet woman acting like a little girl at the drive thru was very rude and had a really nasty unprofessional attitude for no apparent reason, as she was in the wrong and so I called the manager thinking she would resolve the issue and be more professional and boy was I wrong, she was just as rude and worse. I just drove off as I no longer wanted the food that I had already paid for on the app, and they did not want to refund me so I will NEVER go to this ridiculous unprofessional steak escape in Byram ever again!
I have been to many Steak Escape around the Metro area and in other towns. But this Byram location has got to be the Slowest ever!
It’s just so nice to walk in a fast food place and have friendly faces greet you and help you with your order patiently! And when food was brought out they were so sweet and asked two times while we were sitting there if we needed anything! And of course food was hot and yummy! Thanks!♥️
Me and my wife have eaten here at the very least , 20 times or more . Great food freshly prepared right there in front of you , hot and fresh . You would have thought we would have had at least 1 sub par experience but that’s not the case . I highly recommend !!

My husband and my son loved until the last visit. Drive-thru. 1 out of 2 sandwiches were wrong. Apparently, whatever sauce they put on had soured on top of inaccuracy- after one bite it went into the garbage. My opinion: EVERYTHING tastes like onion.
Dietary restrictions: I will note that historically I would inform them of my tomato allergy, and repeatedly, I have found tomatoes in the food. I cannot eat anything other than the fries because of the risk.

Walked in order at the counter. We were greeted with good quick service . Made to order food was yummy and worth it. A good portion size of food for the price. I ordered the Italian hottie, steak escape's version of the Italian anywhere else. It was so yummy!!! My friend ordered the Korean spicy bowl to which he said was good as well a little bit too much of the spicy part he said though.

By far the worst steak escape to ever exist is Byram Mississippi!!!!! The minute you walk in no smile no nothing and as you order, they are making you feel like you are bothering them!!! I ordered a barbecue Korean bowl and got absolutely no barbecue sauce on it at all, and it was all water!!!! Some of those employees need an attitude adjustment!!!! I truly will never ever purchase steak Escape again!!!!

The food is good, but just like everything else the prices are high for such a small sandwich. We use to eat here regularly. I ordered as much meat as possible(for a man) and it was still sadly small compared to how they use to be. The prices went up and it was $20 for just 1 sandwich with extra meat.

True story so I'd never had Raising Cane's chicken before. So I ordered three meals that was around $37. As I was leaving my wife said Steak Escape and I immediately looked and seen it I had not had one of these sandwiches and 20 years or so. I proceeded to give the meal that I bought from Raising Cane's to one of my children as we are on the highway traveling for a vacation. I Circle back go to Steak Escape order the exact same sandwich that I ordered 20 years ago religiously. The service was amazing there was a fella in there I can't remember his name but he was just articulate intelligent. As well he was willing to allow me to shoot pictures and video of the preparation and such and to the sandwich was completed overall just an amazing experience reliving my early years. Job well done fellas.
