The ladies are always nice and have never messed up my order, something very rare to find in the food industry in Byram it seems.

Went in the get dinner and they had liquid from from the ceiling right onto the meat and cheese. When I asked the worker she first said it was leaking on to the floor, then said into a bucket that was on the counter. I had to lean over to see that she had been lying to me. I told her all that food is contaminated and she shrugged her shoulders.

The food was really good. The service is terrible you are lucky if they speak to you or or even smile for that matter. There were wet floor signs turned sideways on the floor by the door and obstacles in the way of the entrance and walkways. It just doesn't seem like they care about the restaurant or the atmosphere they're creating.

There are two middle eastern ladies that work here. Today I ordered 2 subs and they gave away my subs and tried to make me leave without making them. When I complained they talked the rest of the time in a language I can’t understand about me. I would not go to this location and would support the location across the street located in Walmart

I advise everyone to watch them make your sub. Because they love to put less meat and less toppings. I ordered a foot long Beast sub and the lady was putting less meat on my sub! How do I know this? Because I watch on YouTube how the Beast sub is made. I also went to another Subway and watch them make it. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO LEARN FIRST WHAT AMOUNT OF MEAT ACTUALLY COMES ON YOUR SUB. DEFINITELY LET THEM KNOW THAT IS NOT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF MEAT. BUT DEFINITELY WATCH THEM! PUT PEOPLE IN THERE THAT IS GOING TO FIX YOUR SUB RIGHT! NEXT TIME THEY DO ME LIKE THAT, I'M LETTING THEM KNOW THAT I DON'T WANT IT AND WALKING OUT! I will be going back to and ordering the same sub to see if they stop cheating ME!

Went last week on lunch break and something tasted old. Thought it was the olives so I took them off and ate it anyway because I was so hungry. Something was old because it messed up mine and my coworker's stomach for the whole weekend. I won't ever go back there. The two women were slow, talking to each other in their language while customers were trying to order, and shooing flies away. You're better off going to the one in Walmart across the street.

Bread was dry & crumbly, not very good.Sandwich was dry, asked for Xtra mayo .. dry.Priced @13. for today, up a couple of dollars ... not many weeks ago.This place doesn't accept coupons or 50% off 2nd footlong, so no help there.Should've been a really good sub for the cost.I'm not going here again for awhile. They need to & should do better.
