I'm a continues costumer and I ordered a to rice and bean burritos with red sauce and ask them to have them grilled and asked for mild sauce the guy looked at me repeated the order I said are they grilled he said the same thing two burritos with red sauce I said again are the grilled and he said the same thing I get my order they have no red sauce, no mild sauce and only the hottest sauce they have , and there not Grilled! I'll be bring this up to the manager becuz I have a weak stomach to hot things the red sauce helps with that and I'll no longer going there if the guys working there he was a total ass hole to me and not caring about what customers are asking for a waist of my moneyšš”š¤¬

Don't even get me started. But seriously either the tea tastes like ass or they can't be bothered to make any. I could understand if it was close to closing time but it's not. This is only 9 pm and they don't make any after then apparently. But yet you open till 4. Lord knows you can't make fresh during the day
Paid for food through Mobil order and did not get what I ordered. No phone number to call them and I live to fast away to go back

Terrible food. And it took FOREVER TO GET OUT FOOD. AND IT SUCKED. SORRY. BUT I DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!! THE CINNAMON TWIST WERE TERRIBLE. YOU COULD TELL THE GREASE OR WHATEVER THEY WERE COOKED IN NEEDED TO BE CHANGED LIKE YESTERDAY.
Pulled up at 11:25 last night no one answered the speaker but I could see there were employees inside u could at least answered and said we are down or something instead of me sitting there for 5 minutes.

If I could do 0 stars in all categories I would!! Worst Taco Bell ever! My taco was soggy. Two people came in with their drive thru orders wrong. The two women in the back were so rude and had bad attitudes with all customers! The only nice employee was the young boy bagging the food. Will not be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went with a small group. one of the girls ordered online before we got there and waited 30 mins to get her food. another girl ordered a taco with rice ON the taco and they DIDNT call her name - all that was said was āside of riceā. once no one answered, they threw it away. i went to ask what the order was and the lady making the food hollered and said a taco with rice but they threw it away because no one came to get it and it was ordered on the kiosk. i asked them to refund her if she wasnāt going to get her food and was ignored. the lady at the drive through said that her name was called and itās her fault. multiple drive through orders came in the restaurant with issues and everyone was rude expect for the young man bagging the food.
