There is a team member working there that is definitely on something. As I looked over the menu she had her back turnt to me telling me she was listening. Me being a Regional Manager myself I understand how the business can get hectic so I told her I will wait. Once she finally turnt around she rushed me again and completely got my order completely wrong when I called it out. I didnāt have the energy to go back and forth so I left and tried to call a corporate number. Unfortunately they want you to go online to do anything. I guess so they wonāt have to deal with customersā¦ā¦. Iāll skip this location.. Just a heads up on the lady staffed and tweaking.

The customer service is horrible. They take the order before ensuring that all the ingredients are available, and insist that you purchase it when it's not properly prepared. Poor quality and attitude to match.

I donāt know if it is required to have a manager in on all shifts or not, but if there is a manger you clearly need to reconsider. This restaurant is basically a playground, no structure. I will continue to go a little farther out than to stop here.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. After driving 12 hours from Florida, we just couldn't wait for breakfast. The waitress ROSE LOVE was very professional and down to Earth at the same time. The food came quickly with no problems.......... Great service.
Ham and porkchops was extremely tough at the Byram location.

Took my mom and uncle there to get breakfast. Went in, sat down, ordered our drinks and food. The table behind us was empty then people came in and sat there and ordered, they got their drinks before us and their food before us, so when we said something they brought us our drinks and then others that got there after us, got their drinks and food before us and we ordered just breakfast but guess my money wasn't good enough to have service. Ask the cook at waffle house in Vicksburg, MS how well we tip. Anyways I would not suggest anyone to waste their time at the one in Byram. I'll continue to go see my cook Robert at waffle house across from walmart in vicksburg. They 20 and 30 dollar tips. Too bad byram missed my tip money. We walked out with on drinks. So sad.

I order hushbrown add jalapeƱo, mushroom and bacon. Waitress is not care forget my bacon and bring me 2 pieces after I finish my meal.really bad experience with this waitress and her attitude. I want to give 0 star.
