Ordered a 2 egg breakfast and they never made my order and I asked for a refund 3 times and each time they got sidetracked and never answered me. I expect either a refund or my food.
Update: I went back the next day and they made up for it. I was told they had a busy night.

I was the first person in and the last to leave and I had placed a Togo order the lady at the register skipped over me when I walked in and I was first so I felt like she had something against me anyway and she's a white lady so u no how I felt so I disregarded that until she gave everyone there food before me and thats not right at all

There is a team member working there that is definitely on something. As I looked over the menu she had her back turnt to me telling me she was listening. Me being a Regional Manager myself I understand how the business can get hectic so I told her I will wait. Once she finally turnt around she rushed me again and completely got my order completely wrong when I called it out. I didnāt have the energy to go back and forth so I left and tried to call a corporate number. Unfortunately they want you to go online to do anything. I guess so they wonāt have to deal with customersā¦ā¦. Iāll skip this location.. Just a heads up on the lady staffed and tweaking.

The customer service is horrible. They take the order before ensuring that all the ingredients are available, and insist that you purchase it when it's not properly prepared. Poor quality and attitude to match.

I donāt know if it is required to have a manager in on all shifts or not, but if there is a manger you clearly need to reconsider. This restaurant is basically a playground, no structure. I will continue to go a little farther out than to stop here.
