September 21, 2025. 6:00pm. No soap in the bathrooms and no napkins in the lobby. The paper towel’s in the men’s room were soaking wet from sitting on the wet counter. Front counter guy couldn’t have cared less, tried to short us food and also didn’t tell us they were out of things we asked for until we had to go BACK to the counter and ask for them again. Tried to tell me what we got on our tray, when we clearly didn’t get things we requested and paid for. Couldn’t even eat my baked potato because of all the things missing that left me with a dry potato. Lots of standing around talking while all these other things are left undone. Today really was a shameful visit!!

I just picked up my order from the drive through. To my dismay I found a hair nestled in my fries. If I could give this place a 0, I would. #money wasted!
