Just like every other fast food restaurant in canton, MS, they will not get your food correct. Bun was stale, meat was cold, asked for no sauce on it and they put sauce on because they don’t listen and don’t care and are rude every where in town.

So it’s 1:45 am I walk into restaurant to get some food on my way home from work and as soon as I walked in a employee from the gas station side come from the back of Arby’s laughing saying”they on break” the entire restaurant that is open 24/7 is on break with the door unlocked….. 4 customers including myself walked out they didn’t ever tell the other customers that they was on break. They let the customer stand there until the eventually walked out upset….. it’s always an issue with the night crew. From giving out free food to friends, to outside talking and smoking while customers wait in line for then to come take their order when they are done talking and smoking….also they don’t take order in the drive thru after 12 but you are 24/7

I just went to Arby’s and paid $8.00 each for 2 Smokehouse brisket sandwiches. The fried onions inside were burnt to a black crisp. They were beyond edible. I tried to call back to let them know and the phone number on google said the phone was no longer connected. Just an awful experience with the Canton Arby’s

The best Big Cheesy Bacon burger in Mississippi Hope they keep it on the menu forever. And I have ate at many Hamburger Restaurants. Way better than 5 Guys, Wendy’s, Sonic,etc

The Arby's I visited was located in a truck stop, so the atmosphere was a truck stop. That said, everything was clean. The smoked brisket was exceptional.
Very professional staff Jeremy was a great cashier the cook on duty Richard was in position delivering fresh food and the manager Mr Brodrick was very professional and food was delivered fashionable

It's a very busy place, so a little dirty. The people working there are probably the nicest people I have ever come across in a fast food joint. They are so friendly to everyone. Not something you see often anymore, I appreciate it. The food is good and hot too.

Walking in there was a bunch of smoke and multiple flies buzzing around when we ordered and ate. I got a classic roast beef sandwich meal and the fries were good. However, the meat on the sandwich was dark brown (much darker than what I’ve gotten at other Arby’s locations) and had a green shine to it in places. The person I was eating with said the shine reminded them of the water and oil that mixes in a parking lot. I’m not a meat expert, but I have never been served meat that looked that that before (until today).

Ordered lunch for my wife and I! Got 2 apple turnovers. Didn’t take them out till we finished lunch. The most uncooked thing I’ve ever seen. Like the pulled them out of water and flatten them with a truck. A health concern to the point I wouldn’t eat them.
