I've never been so disappointed with an Arby's in my life. I only ordered two items; a double roast beef with cheddar, and a five piece jalapeño popper with bronco sauce. I didn't order a drink because they were out of everything sugar free. That's not what made me write this though. Not having diet soda I'm okay with. My roast beef was stiff. I don't know how else to phrase it. It tasted okay, but it was.......stiff. There was barely any sauce on the sandwich, and it looked like it was assembled by a well trained cat that just knocks the ingredients off of a coffee table in the general direction of the wrapper. My 5 piece popper was 4 pieces and they were cold (well room temperature). The only thing they got right was the Bronco sauce. It was amazing, and prepackaged.

Re dipping fries is a NO for me if you got customers already waiting I'm sure they wouldn't mind waiting on fresh fries!!! Coach yo workers on how bacteria spread taking orders in receiving payments with gloves on then making customers food is most definitely a NO for me!!! Thank you but no thank you I won't return!

Only thing when it's shift change you get left awaiting food was good though just didn't like that because it's shift change they are trained incorrectly to make you wait when shift change happens you should be ready to keep orders rolling not losing customers who are helping you keep your job ..

If you are ever in Canton go see Mrs. Baltimore and her sweet crew . We went in for lunch today . The place was clean, the food was fresh and Mrs. Baltimore greeted us with her CONTAGIOUS smile. The crew was awesome as well. They took care of our every need with a SMILE! Thank you for such a great experience 👍🏼

Looks like this problem goes back longer than just now I'm sitting here at 11:00 trying to get service and she says it shift change and turns me in about six other people away says it's going to be about 20 minutes before we can get something

Just like every other fast food restaurant in canton, MS, they will not get your food correct. Bun was stale, meat was cold, asked for no sauce on it and they put sauce on because they don’t listen and don’t care and are rude every where in town.
So it’s 1:45 am I walk into restaurant to get some food on my way home from work and as soon as I walked in a employee from the gas station side come from the back of Arby’s laughing saying”they on break” the entire restaurant that is open 24/7 is on break with the door unlocked….. 4 customers including myself walked out they didn’t ever tell the other customers that they was on break. They let the customer stand there until the eventually walked out upset….. it’s always an issue with the night crew. From giving out free food to friends, to outside talking and smoking while customers wait in line for then to come take their order when they are done talking and smoking….also they don’t take order in the drive thru after 12 but you are 24/7
