Only thing when it's shift change you get left awaiting food was good though just didn't like that because it's shift change they are trained incorrectly to make you wait when shift change happens you should be ready to keep orders rolling not losing customers who are helping you keep your job ..

If you are ever in Canton go see Mrs. Baltimore and her sweet crew . We went in for lunch today . The place was clean, the food was fresh and Mrs. Baltimore greeted us with her CONTAGIOUS smile. Just like every other fast food restaurant in canton, MS, they will not get your food correct. Bun was stale, meat was cold, asked for no sauce on it and they put sauce on because they donât listen and donât care and are rude every where in town.

So itâs 1:45 am I walk into restaurant to get some food on my way home from work and as soon as I walked in a employee from the gas station side come from the back of Arbyâs laughing sayingâthey on breakâ the entire restaurant that is open 24/7 is on break with the door unlockedâŠ.. 4 customers including myself walked out they didnât ever tell the other customers that they was on break. They let the customer stand there until the eventually walked out upsetâŠ.. itâs always an issue with the night crew. From giving out free food to friends, to outside talking and smoking while customers wait in line for then to come take their order when they are done talking and smokingâŠ.also they donât take order in the drive thru after 12 but you are 24/7

I just went to Arbyâs and paid $8.00 each for 2 Smokehouse brisket sandwiches. The fried onions inside were burnt to a black crisp. They were beyond edible. I tried to call back to let them know and the phone number on google said the phone was no longer connected. Just an awful experience with the Canton Arbyâs

The Arby's I visited was located in a truck stop, so the atmosphere was a truck stop. That said, everything was clean. The smoked brisket was exceptional.
