Life is beautiful

The hygiene is terrible; they don't wear hairnets, and some don't even wear gloves. It's absolutely disgusting.

Why is this place open?? Come at 8:00 out of coffee. Nobody in line but I gotta pull back until my order is ready 🤦🏽‍♀️ these businesses treat us so poorly. Madison has the best food service around its sad in our own hometown 🤷🏽‍♀️

Waited 15 minutes at counter to put in a order while the front counter worker was just putting away sauces. They kept telling us they'll be with us.we decided to walk out because it seemed like we were never going to put it our order. As we left we looked and seen them taking a black couples order. Seemed our race was an issue.

Got food through drive thirty one night and they forget my side of fries. Sure, people make mistakes. No worries. Second night, I order a Whopper but I get a Whopper Jr. They just can’t seem to get my order right. Idk who is working late nights there, but they need to be checked because I can’t imagine how many other orders they’re messing up. Terrible track record. Make sure you double, triple check your order before you leave.

Missed three items from online order. Made the night shift manager aware and she said she couldn't refund or replace one item. They gave wrong items for two items. Went to get changed and they told me to back up from the window very rudely. Food terrible also.
