It seems like most fast food restaurants make you pull up and bring your food out to you. Sometimes it takes a long time. 10 + minutes.

Missed three items from online order. Made the night shift manager aware and she said she couldn't refund or replace one item. They gave wrong items for two items. Went to get changed and they told me to back up from the window very rudely. Food terrible also.

Awful, 6 employees and no one had a clue. Only three customers inside and when everyone got there order, much later. Things were missing or wrong. That so called big fish is a joke. Little square something, was to scared to eat, threw it away at home and made a sandwich

Lots of commotion in the kitchen, lots of people waiting on fries, no salt packs. We were given salt on a napkin. The size of the whopper Jr. as gotten smaller, the bun was cold. The floor in the ladies' room was dangerously greasy. All in all not good! This place needs help! I would not recommend.
