This KFC has the WORST customer service! We ordered chicken strips and were rudely told it would be a 5 minute wait so we said OK. This was at 6:00pm. At 6:18pm, we asked about our food and they slapped it on a tray. Then I had to ask for our drinks, etc.
P.S. - I won't be going back... ever!! I deal with the public every day and If you don't like this job, find another one!
