The service was very quick people are nice food is good
Should've known by the fact there was only one occupied table in the place. 3 of us for lunch. Slow service despite being empty. Cubano sandwich was disgusting, dripping with floury brown gravy, greasy fried egg, fajita beef, fried processed ham, no cheese, no pickles, nothing like an actual Cuban. Inedible and pricey. Adding insult to injury, they added an automatic 20% gratuity without warning and it was not optional.

I didn't eat nor drink but everyone I was with enjoyed their food & drinks. Music selection was a great vibe! Servers were awesome. We sat at the bar last night and it was a great night and atmosphere. Shout-out to all the staff!

I enjoyed my ribeye steak, but my son's hamburger bun was hard as a rock. The manager on site was walking around seeing how we were enjoying our food. We addressed the problem, and he apologized and took care of the issue right away.

I knew pretty quickly after I sat down at the table that this place was going to be Mexican food for people who don’t know any better. The first clue was that there was great Mexican music playing back in the kitchen but gringo country music playing in the dining area. Next, they served me chips and a carafe of salsa that almost surely came out of a can or a jar.
The service was slow and inattentive. I had to ask both times for my drink to be refilled after it sat empty on the table for several minutes. My server, Jesus, spent a lot of time at the front on the restaurant scrolling and typing on his phone instead. At one point, I stopped eating to answer messages on my phone and for some unexplained reason he walked over and started piling my napkins on the plate to take it away before I was finished eating. The service was what you should expect at any place that adds the tip to your bill automatically.
I ordered carne asada like I do at every Mexican restaurant I go to. The meal was just ok. The carne asada was not seasoned much or at all. It was unusually thin but noticeable tough and chewy. The beans had shredded cheddar cheese on top of them — at a Mexican restaurant. One of the best things about Mexican food in my opinion is delicious Mexican cheese but they’re not using it here apparently.
The last thing that disappointed me was seeing Jesus “clean” a table for another customer with a napkin from the table and not a proper towel and sanitizing solution.
I’m usually open minded about restaurants and willing to try other meals if the first one misses the mark. In all honesty, I don’t have much interest in coming back here despite the fact that I’m in the area very frequently.
