I don't know why I keep trying Popeyes in canton ms. The last 4 visits have been horrible. I will never never never go back. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lack of empathy runs through out the establishment.

Do not go to Popeyes in Canton, Ms. worst ran establishment, they aren’t friendly and we finally had to leave with no food That was our second time there. First time was told they didn’t have any sides . Acted as if they didn’t even see us. However , the Madison location is friendly and well ran.

I am out of words for this place, bad services, long lines and in the drive thru, it take about 45 mins to get your order took, food is frozen or not ready, I dnt know if they need more help or need more organized management, I dnt know who works here, but I do know it's ridiculous, really really bad at night

If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars at all.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I felt I had to speak up. I ordered food online for delivery. The DoorDasher told me the restaurant couldn’t find my order, so I contacted the restaurant directly. They told me the driver might have my food and to wait. Now the order shows as delivered—but I never received it. To make things worse, the restaurant is no longer answering my phone calls. Completely unacceptable.

Service is very poor you will sit at the window for 20 minutes no one will come to say anything, 5 cars have pulled out of line while I am sitting here need better management and service

The workers are poorly trained if trained at all they are rude and very disrespectful to customers no matter who you are. I stopped by on a Sunday evening and senior citizens was coming in from church and the were very rude and short to them.
Hey owner properly train staff on talking to and dealing with customers or shout it down that was My last time going there...

Was extremely slow. I was in the drive-through, and it took over 30 minutes. Watched several people park and get out in the rain to get served faster. Horrible service

They need to hire a new manager the place is run by a bunch of lazy people do not recommend I have tried to get food three times within the last month have have been told every time they are out of chicken or fries it’s ridiculous

Service was very slow. They weren't that busy, so, i was surprised at how long I had to wait. Nobody even said "I'll be with you in a moment" but had enough time to look at their phone. The what I assume was the manager, kept hollering for an employee that didn't show up until after they finally came to take my order. When the assumed manager came to take my order I was not greeted, she said "what do you want?" As blandly as possible. Food was ok and staff didn't even speak.
