The hot dogs was hard and tasted like rubber. You could look at it and tell that it had been cooked for a long time. I love Sonic but will not visit this one again.

Very slow service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I waited 30 minutes on my food and they were not busy so if you’re looking for some where quick to eat don’t stop here

The experience was horrible. There were workers outside supposedly putting together red brackets, but mostly playing & excessive talking. We only wanted two blasts. My daughter pressed the button and no one answered. We stopped a worker on her way back in, and we told her what we wanted. We never received our order. While waiting the manager came outside to ask the workers who were putting the brackets together to come in & help wait on the customers the young male worker told her "those r your damn customers. They exchanged profanity & he pushed the manager in the red shirt & told her to stop standing over him. The wait time is always too long. Not looking forward to going back.
We are from out of town google says Open till 12 but the lady working rudely walked up to our vehicle with an extreme attitude ? demanding to know why we were sitting there .She was outside hanging all over some dude in the parking lot and we interrupted her I guess.We mentioned the hours she then used profanity and we pulled off.Smh won't be back

Absolutely disgusting! The tots were stale and the burger was refrigerator cold and burned. They should have been embarrassed to bring food like that to someone's car.

I ordered a BIG SCOOP cheesecake shake and they gave me a normal one. I HATE the normal one. I only get it for the cheesecake. and they gave me a normal one with no cheesecake. I asked them to fix it, and they literally just put ice cream and whip cream on top. I’m so upset right now.
I ordered online and I was given the time our order would be ready. We arrived two minutes early and checked in. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we pushed the button to say that we were waiting. We didn’t get our order for 30 minutes or more. We only ordered ice cream. We asked for our money back but the manager came out and talked to us. He apologized and brought our ice cream back. It shouldn’t have taken that long. If it hadn’t already been paid for, we would’ve left long before 30 minutes. Our other food was cold. Ordering online was suppose to be quicker.

It takes 30 minutes for two waters and a milkshake. Don’t spend your time or money here because both will be wasted.
Been waiting for an hour for my food. Tried to push the button and it’s been ignored for 15 minutes. They’re always slow as I don’t know what at night.
The worst service ever. We did a mobile order 25 minutes prior to arriving. Once there the time said that the order should have been ready so we gave it a dew minute. After waiting and additional 15 mini we decided to buzz to see if the order was ready. The attendant answered as if the order had not been received and told us it would be right out. We sat another 20 minutes and no order. We decided to ask for a refund. It took an additional 10 minutes for the request to be filled. The mama get came out and said that our order was still on the screen and had been there for 45 minutes! She did apologize and refund our money. This Sonic has gone down tremendously as far as service, quality, and atmosphere. The workers are on the inside openly on their phones, eating while they should be filling orders, talking loud about inappropriate things, and you name it. I will NOT be going back. Serious I Improvement is needed.
