The app glitched and change the place of order from Brookhaven to this store and I called and called to cancel the order but no one would answer. Not in our 20$ for an online order that was placed at a property over an hour away from me and when I tried to click the cancel button it glitched out and took me back to the home screen of the app. I reported the order. Got no response.

The food tasted like it should and was made how I asked but upon entering the store, the employee was sitting on his phone at one of the dining tables, talking to his friends on his phone, and didnt say a word to me. I put in my order at the kiosk and when my food was ready, he simply placed it at the counter and walked back into the kitchen, again without saying a word. Terrible customer service.

Mtn Dew Baja is like drinking soap but otherwise everything else was good.
Since I started ordering through the Taco Bell app on my cell phone last winter, the service has been amazing. It's been the best Taco Bell service I've ever experienced.

I ordered a veggie bowl and they put chicken in it, I also ordered another bowl with a lot of stuff in it and they only put rice, jalapenos and potatoes. The service is bad, they don’t care about the people, also I asked for no lettuce when I asked them to fix the bowl and they still put lettuce, this place is not good. They have better out there.
