Restroom was dirty and no soap in the ladies restroom. They have a kisko only ordering which was fine but we stood there for several minutes before figuring it out.
Dietary restrictions: I did get that chicken cantino bowl and taco supreme that were gluten free.

Would not take time to even let me ask if they had tea because kiosk doesn’t show. Found they didn’t when she gave me cups. Then Pepsi was out so I told her but no one would change it out. She told me there were plenty of other flavors to get. I didn’t want another kind but when no one would do anything, I left without my drinks. There was 2 customers already eating and no one at all in the drive through so they couldn’t have been that busy at 2pm. Then to add insult to injury, we left and got down the road (we drive for a living) and no receipt was sent to my phone like I requested on kiosk and barely anything in our tacos as pictured. So half our hard earned money was wasted at this location in Canton, MS

Trash slow as ever two people in the store drive thru packed. No workers at all. Will never go back.
When I tell you a place that has no business being in the service of customer service, it's Taco Bell in Canton, MS. I went there last night at 6:30 pm and went inside but I think the staff wanted me to use the drive thru. They were so nasty and didn't wait on me, but I was told to use the kiosk. The only thing that made my experience there worse was that my order was incorrect/nasty/overcooked. I guarantee you I won't be back!
I think this taco bell is understaffed it's taco bell though and overall the food is good but sometimes my order is made with more tortilla than fillings. Can't complain though with how little employees I ever see there.

The illiterate imbeciles up there apparently cannot comprehend what "remove lettuce" means on an order. Don't come to this Taco Bell. My girlfriend also said the woman at the drive-thru was absolutely rude.

Just close it down! I am a traveling salesman and have been to canton dozens of times. I have tried many times to eat at this location before posted closing hours and I get no acknowledgement at drive thru. Today I lucked out, so I thought… I was actually able to place an order! When I received my order I asked for hot sauce and was quickly turned down bc lady said they haven’t got the truck yet and that they were out. I ask for fire sauce, diablo, or mild and she looked down in the location they keep the sauce and just shook her head. Very disappointed! I was even more disappointed when I got back to my room and found that All the tortillas were hard. It was so hard to eat! I don’t blame the employees for this poor service, I BLAME MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP! This has been an ongoing issue apparently and nothing has been done about it! Do you yourself and the Taco Bell brand a favor and just close the doors!

The absolute worst. I only ordered one single item and they some how messed that up too. I have never had beef or steak in my life due to religion and they have me a STEAK quesadilla. The receipt even says chicken exactly how I ordered. I called 9 times and not a soul answered the call. Not to mention I feel extremely sick after accidentally eating a few bites as I have NEVER had steak in my life. TRASH

This place must not like customers. When I pulled up at the drive thru the guy on the speaker told me I had to come inside to place and order on the kiosk and they only accept card payment. I just left and went somewhere else. Judging by the other reviews on here it seems I dodged a bullet. Do they not have a regional manager that checks up on these things?
