We brought a friend who was visiting us from Illinois for her 75th birthday. Everything and everyone were amazing, from the young lady opening and welcoming us at the front door, to our attentive and kind server Chris, who by the way I found to be a cutie pie with that winning smile. We had ribeye steaks and fried oysters. All amazingly good and perfectly prepared. We also tried the cornbread appetizer with shrimp and such a yummy sauce. I cannot wait to go back!

Fantastic! I wish I remember our waitress because she was the best! Customer service is not dead. Pricey, but OMG the food is delicious. You will not be dissappointed. We got chicken cordon bleu and it was still amazing even though it was just chicken. Gumbo, fresh bread loaf, libations were all amazing. Definitely trying steak next time. A+++++ Thank you.

We were in Mississippi to attend a funeral 6/28/25 and found 2 Rivers Restaurant! Took one look at the menu, and immediately decided to check them out. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and packed with a 30 to 45-minute wait! The reservation hostess was a bit frustrated and short. She suggested that sitting at the bar could be a more expedient option, so my husband and I found 2 open seats and placed our take-out order. Here is where we were met with an over-worked, rude bartender/server. She didn't ask if we wanted something to drink while we waited on our meals, nor did she ask how we wanted our fish orders cooked. An otherwise fairly nice date night wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped! However, the true highlight was the food, which was absolutely delicious!!!!

We ordered the **redfish** and the **filet mignon**, both cooked to perfection. But the standout was the **table-side crème brûlée — a unique twist that was rich, flavorful, and unforgettable.
From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I were stopping through and decided to stop, just to see if we wanted to indulge. The hostess was very rude, in gesturing to us from the entrance 🫳🏾that we weren't welcome. I assume it was to much for her and her coworker to speak to us . I will be sure to mention to my colleagues that travel through here regularly not to frequent this establishment. It’s super hard to get in this place. The locals have it locked down. The bar area is sacred. Unless you know someone you won’t get a table there. We showed up at 6 and got a table in the restaurant. Ve was our server and was 5*. Every thing we ate was great. The pork chop was the show. its the go to.
