When we got there the waitress on duty had a slight attitude as if she didn't want to be bothered. She didn't hear us at first because she had Bluetooth in both of ger ears. After getting her attention she tell us we had to wait about 20 minutes because the cook had left the store. Then after she got back the waitress started to take our order. When she came to me I told her I wanted raisin toast dry. When I got it it was buttered down. So I asked fo more toast and it was to hard to really eat. Then to top it off I never got my sausage and I asked fo a refund on that ans it took about 15 minutes for me to get $2.35 because the waitress said that she couldn't get the money out the cash register that the cook had to get it and she really took her time. I have been to this waffle house many times before and this time was sad.They need to get it together in that one in Canton Ms.

Ronda was our server/waitress and she was awesome. She was attentive and extremely pleasant. We stopped in Canton, Ms and couldn't have been happier about our choice of food. Temperature of food was perfect and tasted as good as it looked

We ordered and waited at least 30 minutes before they brought half of my order, I asked them to bring it all out together along with my husbands so we could eat together. 30 minutes later, after 3 other tables had been served, along with numerous to go orders, we tipped our waitress for the coffee and left. Never got either order. Terrible service my rating is a 0. Best part of the day was leaving!! Btw, we had to ask for coffee refills.

worst service I have ever experienced in a waffle house… the only time the server interacted with me was when he took my order and I paid my tab. It couldn’t be bothered to refill my drink and was holy unprepared when I asked for it to go drink. there’s apparently no way to call to give them this feedback without doing it so publicly. I regret having spent my time here as opposed to somewhere else, but will certainly happen from now on.

The workers argued the whole time took forever to get my food and the white girl quit then came right back in and she did not smell the best while she was standing in front of the bar I couldn’t eat my food. Bacon made up for it though

Our server Kelsey messed up our order. We didn’t get 1/2 of our food. She was on the phone with someone talking about smoking weed. Then complaining about her anxiety. It was an awful experience we will never go back there. We have always had a great experience with other Waffle House’s we have ate at and usually do eat in Oxford 3 times a week maybe more. That place needs all new staff.
