This place is just out right nasty, the floors are never cleaned, bathrooms smell so bad you can smell them while you eat, no one wants to do the job they are getting paid to do.

Customer service is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE at this particular location and to be honest, a lot of restaurants in Canton, Ms has terrible customer service! So I went into this particular location on June 23rd 2025 to gat a frosty and upon stepping to the counter.............NOTHING! There were 9 kids in there laughing, talking, half ass bagging drive-thru orders and no one ever looked my way to acknowledge me, there was even one employee counting down a drawer to the right behind the counter and she never said a word a walk right by to go count the drawer and I blame it on POOR MANAGEMENT! It's evident management do not give a damn about sales nor good customer service and all this shit starts at home! Well, they lost my money that day and won't be returning! Canton, Ms sucks on all levels!

Slow customer service; never any business friendly smiles; never say thank you for choosing Wendy’s or come back to see us. Night manager bless me out because I had a mobile order from Uber and did not say that at the drive thru monitor.

I work a night shift, and I get 30 minutes for lunch If I try to go here at night either they closed early and won't take the order even at 11: 10, or I spend 20 of my 30 minute lunch break sitting in line waiting to place the order.

I love the new frosty's!! The Carmel swirled vanilla is my favorite. Using their mobile app has gotten me some really good deals and free food lately as well.

Food is good sometimes, only during the day. At night though? Just horrible and so is the service. All those kids working in there and not a single one is doing any work! Their attitudes are just as disgusting as the managers.

My husband and I are traveling and went through the drive-thru. We both had the number 1, cheeseburger with French fries and coke and chocolate Frosty's. Everything was great, but the coke tasted weird. It probably needs to be fixed.

Legit question, do the sauce come out of the employees paycheck?🤣🤣 because this isn’t the first time this location trips out over a sauce!!! So unprofessional to the point where they have lost my business for good. And nuggets were burnt 😆 0-10 definitely do NOT recommend

This is hands down the worst Wendy's I’ve been to. Waited over an hour for food, only to get the wrong order—and it wasn’t even fully cooked. I ended up tossing my food in the trash at Love’s. Never again.
