Came here today in a pinch for a cold brew. They informed me they were out. They only have hot coffee. I said okay I will get a coffee then.. I got to the window and the person informed me they had no cream or sugar for the coffee???? It was worse than gas station coffee… I probably would of had more luck there anyways..

The managers here have to become Team players to support the crew when it's crowded, rush hour and in crunch time....Never should a manager tell a crew member; that they cannot do a job, I dont do that, or it's not my job. I from old school where managers knew all aspects of the operations and had to hold the line to make things happen effectively and assist with the mission of delivering a great service. Some retraining and personal development tactics need to be installed here.... But at the end of ya gruesome wait....it's Wendy's food and taste that helps you to compromise....

I will be hesitant or use caution patronizing any restaurant in this area because of this. DO NOT use your debit or credit card here or anywhere in Canton. I had over $900 charged from my account and used that card only at this Wendy's drive-thru for a single drink on Feb 18. I haven't used it anywhere else. From now on, cash only or a separate gift card for food. Freaking ridiculous! If my bank can't get this situated within the next few days, I'm filing a police report.

I went to this Wendy's in Ridgeland by the Costco &I have to say it was very beautifulThe inside was very Big and beautiful and looks good.all I have gotten was a drinkThey have a coke freestyle machine and I have to say it was also good.you can go nuts getting any kind of drink you want.i saw some other people place an order and they had a new card reader that can use your phone.all&allThis Wendy's is very great.
Vegetarian options: I know they have salad and baked potatoesThat's all I know

This location doesn't have the customer service one looks for when visiting a restaurant. They tried but it seems they were more worried about food cost. If I ask for everything that's what a I want. Not a fan of substitute at your discretion. Well I don't think asking for a order to be made fresh was too much. Again I had to go back and it still was dry as the first one. So long story short be mindful of this location when placing your order to go.

Great food. Will look forward to eating there again. The melted cheese ova fries is scrumptious!!! Enjoy the taste when you visit Wendy's. We enjoyed. Look forward to our next visit to Wendy's. ☺
Parking: It was easy access to park with no problem during a weekday close to lunch. We were satisfied.
This has to be the most ghettofied Wendy's ever. I came across this wendys because I was lost. When I saw it I decided to place an order and simply ask for directions while there. After I had paid I asked the drive thru associate if she knew knew how I could find the closest park. She turned to another employee and asked and all I heard was a loud string of profanity instead of a simple "I don't know". She cursed this agent who was very timid acting. I asked for my money back. When the employees have no pride in how they behave in front of customers and evidently no fear of mgmt if they behave poorly I can't trust the food quality. And on top of it the agent at the window had a runny nose and I saw it. Fast food places need to pay more to attract higher quality staff. When you pay trash wages you get trash associates.
