Too many kids all they do is play inside it takes 30mins to get a simple meal and it’s been wrong my last 5 visits they need new management or new EVERYTHING a total disgrace

Their food is very seldom worth what you pay for. Most employees standing around looking instead of waiting on the customers. They're either talking to their friends and laughing or they're talking on the cell phones.
I bought two #1s on 3-10-24 at 2:51 PM. The Service was outstanding and friendly. When I got home, the one I handed to my son looked ok. I have uploaded two pics of the one I opened.

Floors are greasy, the workers are not polite and there’s always something not available or broken. This trip I could use the mobile app so I went in and she said it’s their internet. It wasn’t working and she could not honor mobile praying, nor could a manager override it. So I took my business elsewhere, again!
