Their food is very seldom worth what you pay for. Most employees standing around looking instead of waiting on the customers. They're either talking to their friends and laughing or they're talking on the cell phones.
I bought two #1s on 3-10-24 at 2:51 PM. The Service was outstanding and friendly. When I got home, the one I handed to my son looked ok. I have uploaded two pics of the one I opened.

Floors are greasy, the workers are not polite and there’s always something not available or broken. This trip I could use the mobile app so I went in and she said it’s their internet. It wasn’t working and she could not honor mobile praying, nor could a manager override it. So I took my business elsewhere, again!

I ordered large tea and they didn't even put ice in my glass, and charged me full price said they were out of ice, and when I carried it back inside to get my money back, because it's 100°outside, nobody going to drink hot tea with there food,they said they had ice, just nobody wanted to do there jobs fill ice machine up,I got refund,my orders are never right there,I refuse to eat there anymore, tired of screwed up orders!

Another bad bad review for Charleston Ms McDonald's..Your employees on Sunday night need addressed I come here everyday and everyone been so kind but I was just refused service to buy smokes at age 52 with only if I have being on my phone .. now I come everyday . It's clearly a raciest against white people thing so I took my business elsewhere and will in future as well
