I kid y'all not... best chicken tenders I ever had. Potato salad was on point and fried pickles were delish. We stopped in for a quick meal and were not disappointed. Definitely worth it!!

Benny is the best waitress I’ve had
You just got to experience it. When the music is playing of course. Friendly staff. Good food and the atmosphere is just something you have to see for yourself.

I've been consistently coming here since 2016. The last two times have been ROUGH! Everyone is friendly like always, but the food is terrible the beer is warm and the service is non existent. I really hope they get this figured out because we love coming here, but two bad experiences in a row have us reconsidering.

Ground Zero stands as a landmark blues venue that’s both a cultural institution and a lively stop for music lovers exploring the Delta. Don't go there for the food but for the music. Great music, atmosphere and lively performances during our stay.
Clarksdale is considered by many to be the birthplace or “ground zero” of the blues. The city is best known as a cradle of the Delta blues, famously associated with legends like Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson, John Lee Hooker, and the mythic crossroads of Highways 61 and 49.
The club occupies a repurposed early 20th-century cotton warehouse next to the Delta Blues Museum. Styled to echo the spirit of classic juke joints, complete with rustic décor, mismatched chairs and a laid-back atmosphere.
Definitely part of a the Delta Blues roadtrip pilgrimage following the footsteps of Robert Johnson. Highly recommend a visit.

I’ve made several trips to Clarksdale to enjoy the blues and Ground Zero never disappoints. I always seem to connect with other music lovers and bond over some great music and a great vibe. If you are thinking of visiting the area, go ahead and book a shack at The Shack Up Inn too, you’ll be immersed in delta vibes for your whole trip.

I did not enjoy this place at all. They only had two servers. They give you a menu to look over while they are standing there whenever they get to you. It was pretty busy. The food and service was not good. And I definitely will not go back.

True blues bar. The catfish and the chicken were excellent. Super friendly staff. Didn’t get to stay for the music but they were setting up when we were there and I’m sorry to have missed out on it.
