The sonic workers were rude, didn't say how was your day or nothing, just handed the food and left. Sprite tasted very weird. They definitely didn't make me feel welcome.

Just got home from going uptown dollar gen. Go by sonic get blast,go home sit down pulled top off then ate a little. It's supposed to be a chocolate chip BroWnie ..I got cup ice cream w/ chocolate chips sprinkled....$4.60 that's a blast š

Came through for a blue raspberry slush with nerds she brings me my drink and it was wrong it tasted like sugar water with ice in it and it had no nerds so she comes back and I told her that it was wrong and she said she can bring some nerds out on the side !! I told her no maāam thatās not going to work so she asked for my cup and maybe 1 minute later she brings out the same cup which means she took the straw out threw it away and just threw some nerds in it !! The slush was water bout time she gotten back to my car !! Iāve never had any problems from the store and today was just that day for problems to be had ..

Very rude and disrespectful when they take your order, food was cold
I donāt usually write reviews but this Sonics location is horrible. The worker that took my order cut me off while I was still ordering. I had to make a second order . Neither one of the workers asked if I wanted my change back on either orders . They just walked off without saying anything. I donāt recommend this location AT ALL.

Hello, this post is not to degrade nor deflect anyone, but there is a real problem with services received while visiting the Sonic in Clarksdale, MS., The workers at this particular eatery maybe very dissatisfied with their pay, hours being worked, management or co-workers. Reason being, I visited Sonic a couple of days ago, placed my order and received half done tots, burger was undercooked, and lemonade was just awful. Needless to say, the worker who brought out my food had such an ugly attitude. These young people doesnāt have any respect for themselves or their job, and does not have a clue and realize their pay and salaries is because of the customer or customers being served. I would recommend the whole management team as well as the whole staff be fired. One thing for sure, professional development and customer service is definitely needed at the Sonic in Clarksdale. We have to train our young people to be intelligent, productive, smart, passionate, professional, poised, and kind. Please make sure you have an eye out for this change; if not this company will lose the integrity of its name.Respectfully,Dr. S. Taylor
