The cold cut combo on white was good. The sandwich was made a little sloppy, but it tasted fine. I wanted something healthy, and in Clarksdale that’s hard to find. This was the option I went with. I asked for a cup of water. She said she had to charge me $2.39 for a cup of water. I politely declined her offer. Nobody else was there eating, other than a security guard. Several people were in and out ordering to go. The dining area was clean for the most part. I noticed they had more cameras in there than most banks do. Between that and the security guard, I’m not sure what this place is like after hours.

I just pulled up it's 2pm!!!!!! Female employee tells me she has no BREAD ready.. NO bread. She stated I need to wait 10mins. Sad and ridiculous employees.??

On July 20, 2023 I received service at this restaurant. However, I was denied access to use their restroom. I have a medical condition which, demands that I use restroom very frequently I was told no and that they didn't have a key to open the door which, I thought was untrue becaues how they able to releave themselves. I wanted to use their facility to wash my hands because I did plan to eat my sandwich at the restaurant and use the restroom for personal reasons, I was told that the restroom was off limits to customers and when I explained that I had a medical condition and that I was traveling a great distance when I left their restaurant, they still denied me access and suggested that I should the restroom nextdoor at AutoZone. I felt that this behavior was very unprofessional. I would like retain legal presentation of this issue but not sure if this is the right move or not so, if anyone has any suggestions am open for this as discussion.

The sandwiches and cookies are good, but there’s this employee with such a bad attitude. She’s always on the phone, as you’ve probably seen in other reviews, and acts like she’s mad at you for existing or something and it isn’t the first time. She’s been like this since they were located in the Walmart nearby. If you don’t mind being rushed and mean mugged while you order? Go ahead and order here! Me, though? I’d rather drive another 30 minutes or so to Batesville ??♀️
Asked for a all American club then lady walks away and comes back ask me again then starts making the wrong sandwich, I correct her then she takes half the meat off and then tries to charge me for it and then tries to disagree with me. Terrible service and also cost 17 for a all American seems very high

Doris and LaDarius were very professional and I have to admit that this is by far the cleanest and most well kept Subway I have been to in quite a long while.This store and the Employees definitely get thumbs up from me.
