I hate this store. I've been comin here every year for the past 5 years to get my games on release date and NOT ONCE have they had the game on release date. I come about 30 minutes to an hour after they open and they give me some stupid excuse like "we dont know where it is" or "we haven't got the truck finished yet" or We restock the games at 12 o clock" or something stupid like that. How do you not have any games on release date for 5 years straight. Both popular and unpopular.

Walmart HR department as a whole is one of the worst worst and I do mean worst at customer service. I called to my store local to get the information to get my pass year's W2 that i didnt get and a check that they sent to the the state of California.. How do I expect the local stores to have great customer service when they're own HR department does not have any experience on how to deal with customers. Thats sad because i like Wal-Mart!! So how could I be upset with the local stores when they're on headquarters don't have customer services skills. I called the headquarters yesterday which is Friday they left me on hold for almost an hour and a half and never came back the phone just hung up. That was about 1:30 pm in the day time. This is the reason why i quick Walmart because the incompetent supervisors that they have they yell at you on the floor like U are some type of pig! Now i understand why this happen in your local stores because it happens it happens at the headquarters at the top of the chain who have lack of respect for customers. Its just about the money for them. I have been working in customer service for over 35 years private sector to government agency. If Wal-Mart would make their employees accountable for they customer service bad action it would be a lot better place to work. I used to work for a company that did monitor calls and those monitor calls were based on five Star point system. Which allows a customer to get proper customer service on every call or customers in the stores. Wal-Mart if you need my help in getting this problem solved. Let me know because i am retiring after 24 years on the Job soon. but in the meantime can i please get a number to SOME one in your HR Department that can give my W2 forms with out having to pay 15 dollar's each for 2015 and 2016 that i never received. What a lovely experience AGAIN. It's such a change from most of our WM in our beach town. Super friendly people, clean and organized store and I can't get over the stock. We will absolutely be visiting this store every time we pass through, even if we just stop for snacks. When you walk into a store and find amazing produce, meat and everything else you honestly have to ask "is this a WalMart?" because it's just so unlike any other. Honestly, the manager of this store should be recognized for the amazing effort put into his/her personnel. Give them all a raise, they definitely deserve it.

Customers waiting for over ten minutes at customer service because there was no associate up there and there are no locks on the bathroom doors in ladies room up front. Door greeter did not greet anyone as she was busy having a non work conversation with someone.

This walmart is way cheaper than the one's in Los Angeles, Ca. I bought a curling iron in Los Angeles for $25.00 and at this store $15.00. This store us big and offers the same thing that all walmart offer. They have a grocery market too. They have workers stocking shelves constantly. And they keep the store maintained. They didn't utilize the self check out line. But the lines that were opened moved pretty fast. I am going in there right before I hop on the plane back to Los Angeles to get these discounted deals.

Great service today done unbelievably. My family needed some mosquito spray as the whole town of Cleveland, MS is out. Since, we were here in town. Me and my Dad thought we would check this Walmart to see if they had some. Yes, definitely they did. A whole 4 foot end cap with five shelves with each shelf stocked 3 cases back and two high. The department manager was so nice that she said she would mtr them to the Cleveland Walmart for us. We may need to do that I said.
