Went to door dash wingstop in Clayton at 11:15 on a Saturday night. While I know it’s late my order was never made. The door dash app just showed order being prepared for 45 min and the line was off the hook when I tried to call. The people who work at the Clayton wingstop are nothing short but lazy. Place blows. Pretty sad. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow as this has happened a few other times. Guess the workers would rather sit out back and smoke than do their job.

The food the service was great! They are still doing some renovations but it will be definitely nice when the work is complete. Most definitely the best Wing Stop I’ve ever eaten at. I live in West Helena Ar right across the bridge and will for sure be back.

On another note can you all reach out to Mr Rick Ross “The Boss” and ask him can he think about bringing one here to our town. We would definitely appreciate it.

The staff have a terrible time answering phone in orders. There have been times they have flat out not answered. I place a call in and was told to hold after staying om the phone 15min the employee hung up on me. When i called back and aired my grievance they told me they forgot I was on the phone. This isn't the first time. Customer service 100% need to be addressed

Since I started working in the clarksdale area I have always ordered here but today was the worse day I had with them I waited for a hour for my food and to get the fries, cold, and the boneless chicken crispy hard to where I hurt my teeth and it was cold too with my missing ranch . I won’t be back for awhile till they can get it back under control

The wings were barely seasoned and soft. I requested them to be fried hard. Paid for all flats and got drums as well. The fries was cold. Also it took a hour to get my food. This location is not a good place to get wings.

I’m very disappointed with my order. The 10 piece wing traditional was cold and it was old food. My chicken was dipped in hot grease to make you think it was fresh. But it wasn’t. Very hard dried out greasy chicken. I received one flat out of a ten piece. But I didn’t eat it! That’s a shame to charge 14.03 and when I opened the bag, the fries was opened and just sitting on top of the tray of wings. They looked liked they was from last week. Y’all do better, but I won’t patronize you again.

Although I placed my order 28 minutes prior to my pick-up time and shared my confirmation with the staff, provided my order number and proof of payment and they claimed they did not receive the order on their end. Consequently, I had to file a dispute with both my bank and Wingstop to get my money back, as they insisted the order was not received and therefore not prepared.

Then, I waited in the store for an additional hour because the manager shared that he would prepare the ordered. While in the store for the additional hour, one staff member CALLED to inform me over the phone that my order was ready. However, she subsequently started complaining about me and the situation to another individual over the phone. Another staff member was very rude and dismissive, ignoring my attempts to pick up my order and instead conversed with a customer who had just arrived. When I politely mentioned that I was informed my order was ready and asked if I could pick it up, she insisted that I must have ordered from another restaurant, as they do not call customers when their orders are ready.

Interestingly, I saw my order on the shelf, I shared that my name was on the receipt and she replied "aw here". And even more interesting, I never shared my number with the staff; it was only associated with my online order. As a consumer, this experience added significant frustration and inconvenience to what is supposed to be a convenient service process.

Typical I don’t want to work attitude, my wife came in mad that whoever was behind the counter decided to ignore her and talk to customers behind her. Yeah I hope they shut this place down food sucks anyways. Overpriced garbage made by garbage human

I have eaten at a lot of Wingstops. This one right here has the best cooked to perfection crispy chicken wings. You could actually taste the Louisiana rub seasoning on them.The next morning I at my mother lemon pepper wings leftover and they were very good after being microwaved. For now on I will save my Wingstop cravings until I am back home.I did place a mobile order via DoorDash and had to wait and additional 20 minutes. The young lady at the counter did let me know my order was coming it. The phone was just ringing non stop without and answer. This was Friday, September 29 at 8:23PM. My orders was fresh and hot.
