The chicken sandwich was inedible. The fries were ok. Took over an hour to get food. Server was very pleasant and apologetic.

Outstanding service. The 10oz steak I had was amazing. It was cooked to pure perfection. This establishment is worth the visit. The staff there are wonderful kind Individuals. I give this place a 5 star rating!

Not sure what happened on the day of my visit, but here is a break-down:

Entered and seated at the bar around 11:30am for bottomless mimosas and brunch.

Noticed half of the restaurant tables where people were seated, had not been served food.

Waited at the bar for almost 25 minutes before being given a half a wine glass of what was supposed to be a mimosa. (Though the previous waitress had filled the wine glasses to the brim for another customer, and in doing so, the waitress put ice in the glass with her bare hands after touching het hair-this I saw with my eyes).

The waiter kept apologizing and said that he would "go look" for more champagne to fill our wine glasses, but returned and tried to sell us a story about "the glasses are not supposed to be full anyway".

And soon after, someone appears from the kitchen to tell us that there will be another 45 minutes before our food comes out, and by the way, there is no more of this, and no more of that, etc.

My group left the bar after an hour of waiting, not touching the half-filled wine glasses.

I cannot give a review on the food, because we never ordered, while waiting for someone to find more champagne. But, I believe that if the restaurant is suppose to serve mimosas, then at least have champagne on deck.

Maybe try visiting as soon as the doors open? But definitely a 1 star review for the service that we received.

We stayed at the hotel across the street, and we were told this was a good place for Sunday brunch. The restaurant itself was spacious and clean, and our waitress was very personable and responsive. But sadly, the food, and its presentation, fell short. To me, Waffle House is much better, and I’m not a big fan of Waffle House. It was no more than a poor excuse for diner breakfast- no interesting brunch options. We wanted only cream for our coffee and all they had was pre-portioned fake cream. This is touted as a farm-to table-restaurant yet everything we ate was prepackaged frozen. There was nothing local, and the eggs were maybe were the only things that were fresh. Everything we ate, except for the sausage patties, was absolutely flavorless. It was not lost on us that that the cheapest and lowest quality condiments, flatware, and ingredients were used. At least the coffee was good. I don’t typically write bad reviews, but this place has so much potential and could be doing a phenomenal weekend brunch business in Cleveland. They fell far short of that in a town where very few other places are open on Sunday.

Visited for breakfast on 7/19 with my family (2 adults/2 toddlers). Waitress was very nice and pleasant.
1. Family came in 20mins after us (larger group) and received their food 10mins before us.
2. Our food was cold, they had to remake the pancakes and sausage. You could tell it was sitting for awhile.
3. We ordered per the menu and was missing items. Waitress stated "idk why that's on the menu." Luckily she provided us what was listed on the menu.
4. Pancakes were missing an ingredient. They were flat and ridiculously bland.
5. They needed more help. Maybe more than one cook.

We were referred here from a close friend based off of their great experience disappointed! We were there for over a hour and left hungry. Still paid and tipped but will never return.

Sitting here now at the restaurant and the most awful experience. Everything we tried to order was not available. After an hour we got our appetizer and it was nothing exciting. Just frozen food really. Then we got our entrees. My steak was past well done couldn’t hardly chew it and the whole plate was served cold. My kids ordered the Cajun pasta and it was inedible cause it had so much seasoning.
Besides the food our waitress did not willing come back to check in on us and we had to ask for refills, silverware (was given plastic forks to eat a steak with).
Talked with a manager and they didn’t seen too worried with it and I’m currently still waiting on them to “fix” my ticket. It’s been over 20 minutes now.
I don’t normally complain and usually just shrug it off but with the horrible food and the lack of attentiveness from the staff was just awful!

This place is a joke. Took 4 tries to get bacon that wasn’t the same texture as a piece of paper. There was a total of 6 people in the whole restaurant yet food still took 45 minutes to come out. One young red headed gentleman that works here, I suppose is a manager or something is just walking around in sloppy clothes and continuously blowing his nose in his shirt and touching tables and the bar. This has got to be the most poor managed restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. And it’s a shame because the atmosphere is so nice.
P.S. Please get a contract with an exterminator so I don’t have to get out of my seat to step on spiders.

This place is beautiful and the service is always great! This was my second time visiting this establishment and it was a special occasion so I was hoping we could get some good food. We were the first couple of people in after they opened up at 5 so that was great because we would get our food promptly. Not the case! It took them forever to bring out flavorless under cooked under prepared food! The only thing that was good/tasty were the fries! And no one wants to pay for food that is not satisfying! Such a disappointment!

This was my first time eating here, & believe me the food was delicious! ? I had lunch with my sister & her co-worker who eat there regularly. I had the steak, & eggs $25.00. I've never ate a steak that tender before. One of the item was called the comeback shrimp $12.00. Our server Presley was very friendly, nice, & pleasant. It was a great atmosphere. The price was reasonable to me. I will be going back soon.????
