My Class of 1990 (East Side High) ate there during our reunion. I had a steak with a baked potato and a salad. All was delicious. We reserved the upstairs room. Our servers were very accommodating.

We really enjoyed talking with the bartender who also served us our food.

Never received the drink that I ordered. The waitress was slow. I ordered a lemon and drop and it had hair in it. The fried green tomatoes were cold. Just poor service

The food was so good, large portions and very tasty. Ashley was our server and she took great care of us. The drinks were delicious as well. I will definitely be back.

Backdraft in Cleveland is a great!! The steak was cooked perfectly! The mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery, and the broccoli was fresh and cooked just right. What really made the night special was the live music on Tuesday—it gave the place such a fun and laid-back vibe. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Definitely one of my new go-to spots in town!

We had a really good meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The blue cheese dressing was fantastic.

Shady, watch your bill carefully. I've eaten here twice on work trips. Service is slow, really slow, food is mediocre at best, prices are high! There are not a lot of places to eat in Cleveland, and they seem to take advantage of this. They add an 18% gratuity to your bill even for a group of 2 or 3. The server will not mention this however, even when they see you have added a 20% tip. They will also add a 3% surcharge to your bill between the bill they present to you and the one you sign for. I don't write reviews because I think anyplace can have an off night, but this place is trying to slip in an extra 18-21% on everyone.

First off, you should be aware of an 18% gratuity added to EVERY bill. In addition, there is a 3% credit card usage charge. I had an appetizer, a meal, and a drink and my bill was 60$. I would point out that this feels grossly over priced for the area.

The food and service was under-whelming - not worth anywhere near what I paid. The cheesy bake (a local favorite) had crackers and bacon on top of a seafood/cream cheese base served with tortilla chips. The bacon did not go with the seafood and the chips and crackers provided no complimentary flavor profile. As a matter of fact, they were actually at odds with one another. It was luke warm and if I had to guess, it was being held in a warming cabinet and not fresh made.

My stuffed shrimp meal came with a meager salad and one side which I chose buttered pasta. I would say I received 6 or 7 mid sized stuffed shrimp in what a creme brulee would typically be served in (or smaller). The pasta was in a separate dish.

The meal felt very hap-hazard and there was essentially no plating technique to mention.

I would not return to this restaurant nor would I recommend it to anyone. It was simply not worth the money and the charges for poor service only added insult to injury.

My son and I had lunch here today after football camp at Delta State University. The restaurant is very clean and has a great environment. Our waitress was Jade and she was awesome. Our glasses were never empty and she checked on us frequently. Our food was served about 15 minutes after we ordered . My son had the steak quesadilla and he added grilled shrimp to that order. He said that it was amazing. I had the lieutenant salad . It was very very good but ….. for 14 dollars I expected a little more. It was maybe 2 cups of spinach , a strawberry thinnly sliced . About 2 tablespoons of walnuts that were crushed to the point that you couldn’t eat them with the fork at all. A few crumbles of blue cheese and a few slivers of purple onion. It had a strawberry vinaigrette dressing. The salad was amazing but I was hungry an hour after we left the restaurant. We both had tea to drink. Total before tip was $48.17 . I would definitely go back but will have another dish . It’s in a great location and very close proximity to the college .

One of the best steak dinners I’ve had in a very long time! Steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection👏🏽👏🏽 Their cream cheese bacon dip and fried green tomatoes as appetizers was also delicious! I easily give them a 10/10❤️

Service was excellent and friendly. It is an older restaurant with really good food. There were four in our luncheon group. We started with baked pimento cheese dip and in-house deep fried tortilla chips; Excellent! - all four of us enjoyed this appetizer. We had Chicken Alfredo and the Chicken Parmesan which were good. Two of us were gluten free. We had a chicken salad plate with fruit on the side and a spinach salad with strawberry vinaigrette. \tIt was unanimous that we would eat there again.
