Took an extremely long time in the drive thru without the line moving, except once. I left and went to another fast food restaurant where I was immediately serviced. I called a Cleveland resident to tell them about their Burger King (since they gave me the directions to it) and they said it’s always very slow like that at this location. Thought I’d write a review so that the corporate managers can see and resolve this so they don’t repeatedly lose customers daily, due to the poor service.

It's literally my favorite fast food restaurant but this location is so terrible. I'm praying I don't get food poisoning from the one bite I took out of the sandwich. It was dry, burnt, and tasted awful. I feel like the meat was under a light warmer for hours not to mention where is the cheese I ordered with it? Terrible. Manager was rude and I straight up told them I didn't want it replaced. I just wanted to let them know it was terrible.

The men’s bathroom had some kind of bodily fluid everywhere. The women’s bathroom sink was hanging on the wall with nothing but hopes and dreams. The coke machine and counter by it were covered in ants. Then they also kept forgetting our fries.

Customer Services is terrible nothin change don’t speak at the window just pass you your food

Screaming between employees when taking my order. Fussing and arguing. Then when I reached the window they didn’t have what I ordered. Told me to pull in parking lot and they would bring my other food. Had to ask for a refund since they had already collected for my order. Shame shame shame

They have bad customer service just because they didn’t hear me on the mic. They had an attitude. I told them that it was ok because they deleted my order. I said it in a nice way. You all having a stress day it’s ok. This one girl got loud with me. And all I was doing was begin nice !!!

Omg 😲 they are selling impossible burgers with regular beef here. If you are eating a healthy lifestyle this is not the restaurant for us. planted base eaters do not order from this Burger King. They must have been out of plant based meat or didn't feel like giving the right food.
