They no longer server cupcakes but they have cookies. The cookies are pretty good. The lady that helped me was friendly but I felt uncomfortable. No one smile and no one said hello.

Where do I begin.... So I waited in line about 10 mins to order then when I ordered I was basically rushed into ordering anything when I asked about certain items. It was my first time there and did not know about the food. Then when I received my salad I ended up with a few pieces of chicken it in and was almost done by the time I received my iced tea. When I spoke to the manager or owner about everything I was basically told brushed off and literally told... "well you should have came and told me earlier, nothing I can do about it now". Will NEVER step foot in there again.

The food has always been good, but as at least one other review has stated, the manager (or at least one of them) is aggressively rude and has no clue how to manage a HOSPITALITY business. His nasty attitude has rubbed off on a few of the employees. I’m a 15 year veteran of the industry, raised by lifelong Cleveland residents, and I am appalled at the behavior of the manager. He should focus on managing his anger so he may better manage his restaurant.
