Not the first time this has happened, ordered 2 medium pizzas almost right at 3 hours ago and just now got the pizzas and they were ice cold which means they just sat there for 3 hours and no one bothered to remake them. I understood the delay at the first hour of them being late because their “ electric car”needed to be charged and that was ok, the second hour I got a little irritated because what the heck ya know, and then we almost hit that 3 hour mark and the girl (she was really sweet) came up and apologized for the wait because of the “icy roads”…I didn’t want to say she was wrong or make her feel bad but from here to dominos there is barley any ice on the road other than on my driveway because the roads were scraped and most of the ice was melted yesterday (again she was really sweet she didn’t do anything wrong I was just like…um not really any ice but I’m sure that was an excuse to cover up the fact that they are just understaffed and their managers are lazy) anyways we payed $38 bucks for 2 medium ice cold pizzas we got 2 hours and 45 minutes late lol if they are understaffed someone needs to do something about it and hire people in and advertise you are hiring, this is a lot of strain on workers and that’s not ok! It’s not just physical straining it’s mentally straining ( I know how it can be I work at a restaurant) where customers will sit there and dog out the employees when most of the time it’s the managers fault. Do better dominos, and for the employees keep doing your best and find a better job you deserve more and we appreciate you.
“Pick up WIN only” on the window. What does that even mean. Someone came to window to ask my order name. 10 minutes later and still nothing, then a man tapped the sign on the window.

Order messed up, yet again. XL 16" Brooklyn Style pizza was only 12" diameter in a 14" box, with the wrong crust. I called to get it corrected but the employee told me that they were out of XL boxes and that the Brooklyn crust is now garlic-seasoned. I picked up another order at the same time, which had ordered a garlic crust but had what might have been an attempt at a Brooklyn...Next time: do better and listen to the customer.This is at least the 5th time that my order has been made incorrectly since new ownership.
This is my second time ordering from dominos and food wasn't delivered on time or fixed properly. Now they don't have but one driver today some has to be done there

Today we ordered a cheese and bacon pizza and a spinach feta cheese bread and the bread came packed full of jalapenos that we didn't order. We live almost 45 minutes away so we didn't see it until we got home, almost 45 minutes away.

i always order cheese pizza but sometimes its really greasy but thats ok it can be fixed. I think the drivers can be a little nucer but overall i recommend this place!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Instead of getting the pizza in slices, I received my pizza in squares. If I can give them zero stars I would!!!.

Worst experience ever I asked for extra chicken and Alfredo sauce on my pastas and didn’t get it and my pasta was cold when I informed the restaurant they said it was because I paid with a card and I asked why was I informed that there was an extra cost and I was hung up on
