Awesome burger called “Lt.Dan” is a must order menu item! The seasonings they use in their 1/3 pound black Angus 90/10 beef patty is out of this world delicious! I told my husband there was no hamburger but somehow I found myself inhaling it. It was that good! The waffle fries were fried to a golden crisp and were hot out of the fryer. Just can’t say enough great things about this establishment. Lexi was our server and like everyone in the town of Cleveland, Mississippi these people Are Salt of the earth, down home, kind and genuine individuals. Stop in and give them a try, trust me, I’m a foodie, you won’t be dissapointed.???????

The prices are kind of ridiculous here for what you get. The atmosphere is nice, and I love the outdoor area. There is a very limited menu to choose from, but it does have a decent variety. A lot of the servers are nice, but I have been told they are underpaid. They are charged for any to-go orders placed that are not picked up which I find to be a pretty terrible practice

My family had the best experience at Joe's today. We always have a good experience, but today was something special. The two girls that were helping people were so friendly. Our waitress was Coco and she was amazing. The other girl who was helping tables came and checked on us also. They worked together very well. The guy that was there seemed to be observing everything to make sure everyone was having a good experience. He noticed that my coke was almost gone so he came and offered to get me a refill. The people that were working worked as a team which is so enjoyable to see.

The staff were very welcoming and polite when I came in. During the rush the staff seemed like they were in control. Lexus was my server and made me feel like a party of 12 even though it was only me. The food was great, not too long of a wait. I will definitely come back to this restaurant because of their selection of beer.

First off we were the first come in we were mugged skipped all over no one checked with us until 40 mins later and then the lady didn’t remember what to do with us the guy completely passed us in assist the white couple I guess since we was black we had to waited remind u it’s 9 of us he finally come to us after one of us approach him that. We are getting ignore he comes to take our order no pen no paper so we made it easy in. Order all burger he still did them the way he wanted not how WE wanted 0 out of 10 in giving racist

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Went in right as they opened before it got busy. Was able to go next door to mosquito for food and enjoyed a beer and the quiet before the rush.

We have been traveling from Memphis to Greenville MS to run the Mississippi River Marathon and always stop at Hey Joe’s for lunch on the way back to Memphis. We have always had a great experience there until today.We placed our order and asked for a half pound order of wings as an appetizer. They brought us a full pound. The gentleman that brought them to the table said he would get it changed on our ticket to only pay for a half. The server came to the table and said she remembered it as us ordering a full pound. Anyway, without looking I signed the bill. 10 miles down the road I looked at the ticket and realized what happened. There were other mistakes made with the 3 burger orders but we let that slide.The server took our order from memory and it didn’t work out well. I would suggest they go back to a ticket order and repeat it back to the customer.That is all!!!
They need to remove the grilled tenders from the menu. Not tenders. Warmed up chicken breast. Wasn’t edible.

This restaurant is a wonderful burger joint. Great food!! I love the patio!! The owners are small business owners. They have a place (heyJoes#2) in Merigold, MS. They also operate a fantastic Mexican restaurant that joins Hey Joes in Cleveland, MS I love their chicken nachos. You can choose anything topping you want for your burrito- taco- salad etc You will love these restaurants.
