I go here once a week and ask for no grits with a deluxe breakfast but every week still get them as a side and today got double grits which is cool but I don’t like eating buttered sand so I won’t be back the staff really need to listen to peoples orders and get them right

I’m in line today with my elderly grandmother and aunt and I was rushed by whoever works the drive through line at 12:30 pm on 01/18/2025. She asked me to pull up and started talking shit as a drove away. We just tryna make sure our food right but she couldn’t even be patient. Do better in life hoe and have respect for your elders. Oh the burgers was dryer than sand at that yet you wanna run yo mouth and talk shit. Not my fault you stuck in the fast food chain business. Do better in life

Just pulled up at Jack's, first time there ever. I don't live in town so it's something new to me. I wanted lunch food but the outside menu was still on breakfast. So I had to look at the menu that was closeer to the passenger side. I asked the order taker to give me a min to look over the menu, a few seconds later she asks, "are you ready"? I replied, "I'm still looking at the menu" and then she asks, "do you want a paper menu to look at and then come back to the speaker"? I told her I didn't think it was an issue because I'm the only car in line. She replies, we're on a timer? So basically y'all rush customers to order because y'all are on a time frame? The old me said go inside, blah blah. The new me said drive off and that's what I did. I'll never attempt to go again. She'll ruin a business. Do better!!

Did it online order fix ASAP then when I checked out it said it had been changed to 1 hour I couldn't get it to change but remember what they had told me before that that's the way it does it but you can pick it up anytime. Went straight to the store mentioned online order she went over to the the little thing and pulled it off and started working on it still took a little while I added mac and cheese she started waiting on the other people before she finished me finally another lady helped me But I can see why it stays so empty and that's so sad cuz I used to go to Jack's all over Alabama before they came to Mississippi

Order the breakfast special and the lady said at the window….they didn’t have any grits. So I asked….how long before they have some more she barely opened her mouth. And still she didn’t say anything else but I could hear her talking with someone else in the background with a huge conversation. I see why this place isn’t getting any business…. It’s the employees
