This isn't the staff's fault - It's ownership or management that is failing - Submitted two large orders for an event over 24 hours in advance - Arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes as the restaurant was very busy with drive thru customers and understaffed - The staff was working hard and hustling - Again, not their fault. Why invest all this money in an attractive new building and then cheap out on staffing?

Today the drive through was extremely busy so I decided to go in. There were only 4 people that I could see working, doing their best, I assume. I finally got greeted and waited on, to not be able to eat my food. There was a black rubber piece of something in my grits. 😠

Nasty attitude out the book. My aunt/mother wanted something to eat and damn they are so rude. Barely let her order the food, they better be glad that I didn’t cussed them out. That nasty food anyway and plus there was no one else in line so why the rush. Oh and yeah the little skinny lady I think was the manager, she was rude too

My experience today was great. The service, the food, and the atmosphere was very nice. I tried the strawberry milkshake with my order and it did not disappoint me. Everything was fresh and delicious. They have brought the bologna sandwich back for now, and l have to let my mother know - she enjoys their smoked, beef bologna! Thanks Jack's! You're the BEST! Wow! I have been to Jack’s in Southern California and they were not this nice! This place is super clean, nice, and has fresh, great food! We visited Cannon Dealership and walked over here while waiting on my vehicle. It was a great decision. My son and I had a great meal! They have lots of healthy options for those on diets also. Thank you Jack’s!!

The chicken fried chicken had no gravy. My order was to eat in but they put everything in to go containers. They had no forks. And lastly, they heat the food in Styrofoam containers and the mac & cheese had melted the Styrofoam into Mac & cheese...

I ordered a Big Jack burger with no mayo and no onions, a large Sprite, and an apple pie. The food was warm, but it wasn’t all the way hot. The apple pie was cold. It looked like it was old and just sitting there. Also, when my stomach hurt, I felt very nauseous, so I got the Bubble Guppies.
