Their breakfast is good. Went there the other morning for grits only after I made it home I discovered hair in my bowl. SMH glad I only paid about $1.47 .

Bad service!! Rude workers!! Especially the workers who work the drive through window!! Never gets orders right!! This place sucks !!! Should be out of business already!! Or rude workers should be fired!! I didn’t even receive my food just fries !

This place really does need new staff members.. I've been here three times in the last month and every time I come in, I stand up there for at least 10 minutes before someone takes my order. Not only that..they were gossiping about the most ignorant things as I was standing there WAITING. the food however was delicious.

really deserve a O! I went to order food asked the order taker to give me a minute she was rushing me then said I could order when I was ready. I was there 2mins she then told me I can come inside to get a menu because I guess I was takin too long! I asked her was she rushing me she said no! I ended up not ordering because it's my money and I've only eaten there once so I wasn't familiar with the menu, but don't rush me.. that's why they don't get much service now!

Customer service was stellar. Workers were friendly and very accommodating. 5 stars for service and workers. But the chicken breast was too big (gigantic) and tasted like plastic. Lacked flavor. The Jacks in Alabama I love. Taste like homemade. What’s up with the Mississippi chains. I tried it 6 Months ago. Today, I still find no improvement. Y’all need grandma in the back giving that chicken flavor. The last time it was too salty. This time bland. Biscuits and side dishes on point.
