To say that my fast food purchase tonight was a complete disappointment is an understatement. I NEVER order fast food. And now I know why. I’m not going to sit here and bash the KFC in Cleveland, MS. I will leave it up to the folks managing the KFC brand to contact me so I can share what happened to me tonight. Decent Customer service shouldn’t be an option.
