I wouldn't ever go to the KFC in cleveland. They are very rude. The customer service is ridiculous. The manager did come and gave great customer service but the staff is horrible. Never again i will go..

I want recommend to eat at the KFC in Cleveland Want to. Some of the workers are very rude. We just went there today and these folks said it will be 20 to 30 minutes before chicken is ready because they where changing shifts and stated that one man had been waiting for 30 minutes, it’s so not professional

While visiting KFC with my granddaughters, Christopher the manager was absolutely a breath of fresh air. From the moment we entered the restaurant he greeted us so kindly, was attentive the service was quick and the food was fresh. He was so pleasant that my daughter on the phone even commented on how friendly he was. Good job Christopher!

Bought some chicken and she didn't ask me what type of chicken I wanted so when she gave me the chicken, I asked her did she give me crispy. She responded with an attitude, "No"!!! I stated I wanted crispy and she took my bag back and I ended up getting old hard chicken. The person I had gotten it for caused her to feel nauseated. The other person didn't eat it. Money wasted over $25 dollars.
