Bought some chicken and she didn't ask me what type of chicken I wanted so when she gave me the chicken, I asked her did she give me crispy. She responded with an attitude, "No"!!! I stated I wanted crispy and she took my bag back and I ended up getting old hard chicken. The person I had gotten it for caused her to feel nauseated. The other person didn't eat it. Money wasted over $25 dollars.

I went to this location as it's closest to my residence. As I paid for my order I was shortchanged and I didn't get all the biscuits I paid for as I waited a long time in the drive thru. I usually like this location because of the good treatment of the past, but somehow it's slacking. I hope it improves.
