I ordered the McAllisters club it was horrible every time we have been there our orders have been wrong y’all got to do better then what yall doing because the food is awful we was in there 10/24/23 at 7:00 pm and there was a lot of orders wrong so it will be a long time before I go back my food was not worth $22
Received an incorrect order but after driving home 15 minutes away I didn't have the energy to take it back. Just be sure to check your orders prior to leaving the restaurant especially in you don't live in Cleveland
Order online through their app. Supposed to be there for pick up at 11:50. Wait in line until 12:10 only to be informed after I ask for a refund that they have not even received my order yet!! Still in line at 12:20. No food no refund! VERY unorganized place! Get it together people!!!!
