Outside of store smells like rotting grease. Menu sign board has been broken for weeks on the inside lane drive-thru. Egg McMuffins are almost never toasted - muffins are raw. Sweetened vs Un-sweetened ice tea frequently confused. Line can be especially long and not move.
When I first walk in it was the best McDonald's I ever seen for never being in Cleveland but what got me was the people working at the front desk that was unorganized you have a line you supposed to move your line like you're moving fresh food but overall it was the best food hot food great smiles just needs to work on the service don't stand there and look pretty you supposed to talk greet people respect when they walk into McDonald's I had got me two hot...
Placed a mobile order and the drive through line was insanely long so I went to the car hop delivery spot and got my food within 1 minutes. Staff nice and got my order right.Fries were not too salty but hot and fresh. Overall good experience with using the app and getting food quicker.
