This was a great spot to have lunch when I was in town. The day I visited, they were out of Beyond Meat, but they still had black beans and refried beans, so I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I asked for Beyond Meat the employee asked me if I was vegan or vegetarian and told me that the rice is cooked in chicken broth. I really appreciated that she knew to bring that up. The house made salsa verde was delicious and the burrito was filling and hit the spot. Fun and quirky...
