How do you leave a one star review? We came in to this restaurant two days in a row… Yesterday we waited for 30 minutes before being talked to. Today was the same thing. I work in a restaurant and that would NEVER fly at our restaurant. Bad bad not good. And when someone FINALLY came to see us… they didn’t even take our drink order. They just asked if we had gotten service. We told them no and they replied with “okay I’ll be right back…”

Always amazing! Every now and then, you run into a bad server that just may not be having a good night but overall we keep going back because the food and the vibe is great
We stop in for lunch from time to time and always greeted at the door and fast service with great food

If I could give negative stars I would … Do not go to No Way Jose in Cleveland, Ms … whole restaurant loud and obnoxious with 13 year olds running around then I ordered what I always ordered at Mexican restaurant took them 3 times and it was wrong then when we get outside juvenile kids leaned up against my car when I pressed the alarm they took off!

The most sorriest place in Cleveland…from the waiters to managers!!! Waited over 2 hours to be served just to be moved to another section and told there was no servers, while people were steadily being seated and served!!
