I haven't eaten Pizza Hut or at this location in years, and I see why they don't have as many customers anymore. It needs to go out of business. It's not just this location, but several. It's a corporate issue that's probably cutting corners, which result in poor food quality and many franchises suffer in ratings. The sausage doesn't taste like real sausage anymore, or any meat for the matter that doesn't taste really like it's authentic. It makes you wonder WTH you're eating...it has a nasty after taste..I will do a detox to get this out of my body (I know TMI, but I digress)...Pizza Hut is not like it used to be back in the 80s and early 90s...I see why Lost Pizza stays packed with customers...I knew something might have been wrong when you really don't see it packed like it used to be...it's probably safer and cheaper to make your own pizza nowadays that's much healthier and tastier.

We placed an order via the app for the dinner box with a meat lovers pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. We had the order delivered. Once we started to eat the pizza we noticed it had no meat nor sauce. Called Pizza Hut and spoke with Marvin, he stated the order said, and I quote, "Meat lovers minus all the meats and sauce!" I said sir why would we order "Meat lovers and take off all the meat, would we just order a cheese pizza!" He said it happens all the time. So I hung up.

I had my son check the app to make sure. I called back and told Mr. Marvin the app didn't show we asked for a Meat Lovers with no meat. He said well it happens all the time. So I replied so can it possibly be a glitch, he said yes, but I can't do anything about it.

To even say, it happens all the time makes absolutely no since at all.

Went in this evening and witnessed the employer fixing the pizza with his BARE UNGLOVED HAND. He was sprinkling the pepperoni and sausage on the pizza to be exact. I canceled my order and left!

Everything I orders was burnt except the boneless wings. I waited an hour for food. Never again. Employees need training on how to cook and address customers. No apology or anything for the wait. I will never order here again.

I spent almost $50 for some pizza on 8/12/2024 at Pizza Hut in Cleveland, Ms. And when I drive 15 minutes home to eat lunch with my family, out of 4 pizzas, only one was not burnt. The crust was burnt on the other 3 pizzas.. Y'all could just shut down and not operate anymore!

I placed a order yesterday for two medium pizzas they were done correctly and good the way I wanted and I also added my free item I can get which was supposed to be cheese sticks and when I got home it was not cheese sticks only over cooked dried up garlic bread sticks which is what I didn't choose for free with my hut rewards free or not give me what I ask for and do it the right why I don't appreciate not having part of my order done correctly next time I won't be ordring anything else but pizza from this pizza location

Not what it used to be way back in the day. The inside looks destroyed. Don’t even bother bringing your family here to dine inside because the tables are covered with their work related junk. Employees act like they don’t want to be there and half of the time they will lock the doors to the building forcing customers to use the drive thru which is annoying when it’s wrapped around the corner and you’ve already placed your order. You’re better off going down the highway to Lost Pizza or across the street to Dominos.

We ordered a melt, baked chicken Alfredo pasta, and the Italian meat Alfredo the melt and meat Alfredo were good but they were cold. However it was late by over 20 minutes on the delivery time and we got 2 meat Alfredo instead of what we actually ordered. Also we ordered code red and they gave us diet mtn dew. We called to get this fixed like it was no big deal and they said that we were gonna have to pay for re-delivery?? How does that make any sense at all when they’re the ones who messed up?

I’ve ordered delivery 3 separate times over the last month, and every time I order I get a call saying they are out of every single thing I order. If you’re going to sell pizza, please keep pizza in stock.
