I placed an online order one hour fifteen minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. I made it to Cleveland, MS Popeyes, at 2:07 PM. When I arrived there were workers sitting in the dining room eating. I was told by the workers 'Ain't no flour so we ain't cooking no chicken.' OK, understandable. However, there was no way to refund my money or anyone to speak with. I navigated through the Support app the best I could, giving a prompt to wait 24-48 hours to hear back from anyone. Even when I called the support phone number, nothing could be resolved. Customer service/ support needs to be better. Thankfully, I had more money to purchase chicken at KFC. KFC had flour, and the chicken was fresh and hot.

I took the toughest critic to this Popeyes (my mom) because I know that this is THEE BEST Popeyes I have ever eaten at. She LOVED it. The chicken was hot and fresh and the biscuits were just right. She loved it so much that she wanted it again the next day. We rode the 40 minutes back again to get more. Delicious as expected. They passed with flying colors by the toughest critic.

Horrible service! Unreal how disrespectful the employees are at this location! We pulled up to the drive through to pick up our order, and we were ignored. We pulled around and had to honk before we got service since the employee was on her phone. She rudely said to cancel our order because they do not have sandwiches and closed the window. She would not return to the window to answer questions and sat on her phone. This location and experience was truly disappointing. I will not be back.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received today at your Cleveland, Mississippi location, and I am beyond fed up with the complete lack of professionalism shown by your staff. This is the third time I’ve placed an order through the Popeyes app only to be met with either no order at all—despite being charged—or a store that is clueless and unprepared.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I placed and paid for my order through your app, only to arrive and be told that my food was given to someone else. Instead of fixing the mistake, your employees chose to speak to me with inexcusable rudeness and disrespect, accusing me of trying to get a second order when I hadn’t received anything to begin with. The language and tone used were completely unacceptable and a disgrace to any business claiming to serve the public.
I was then told I needed to go cancel the order in the app and reorder—which I could not even do because that option wasn’t available. After wasting 30 minutes of my time, your staff finally gave me my order, but not before making snide, unprofessional comments, including, “this will be the last time—we’re losing money,” and admitting that they don’t even verify who picks up mobile orders.
If this is how Popeyes operates, I’ll make it my mission to ensure everyone in the Mississippi Delta knows how pathetic and disgraceful your service is. I will be disputing the charge with my bank immediately. As for your store management and staff: they should be terminated without hesitation. And frankly, if this is the level of “service” Popeyes endorses, maybe the entire franchise in Cleveland needs to be shut down permanently. Because if this is your business model—it won’t survive much longer.
I fully intend to escalate this matter to the highest levels possible.

Today was the very first day that my wait was horrible. I placed my order about after 3, pull up paid for my food, pulled to the right of the curb and waited. I waited for about 25 minutes no food was brought out. I went on the inside and waited another 20. I have never experienced this type of wait. The workers generously asked if I wanted something else for the wait I said pretty much nothing. My facial expression said it all. The Manager is always kind and friendly to me. Ms. Jessica. She was shaking her head to because of my wait. Get it together young people. You have the best chicken you lose customers for things such as this.

I ordered to go and asked for Spicy and did not get spicy. But to be fair the line was long and they were moving people through very quickly.
Service was horrible. Placed an online order and still waited for 40 mins. Employees are in the on the phone and not working. And when I asked employee about order, employee raised her voices with responses

The Popeyes chicken in Cleveland , Miss was awesome tonight . It seasoned perfectly. It was done , no blood showing and it was moist and tender. I drove to Cleveland, Miss from Mound Bayou to get a second order and it the same to the manager forty and the person frying that chicken it was Popeyes Chicken Good !!!!

They gave me the wrong order, forgot what kind of drinks I had, and then forgot my shrimp tackle box. i kept having to give them my receipt to check it. They didn’t have sauce, and the employee just was looking at me confused and kept having to talk with the manager. Other than that they fixed it and the food was good.

We waited in line for 20 minutes before ordering and the employees were walking around slowly doing nothing there was no chicken up at lunch time is ridiculous it doesn't make sense at every one I have visited is like this shut them down or get people who want to work because they don't

Order 3 piece chicken meal and received no side or biscuit
Order shrimp dinner and had to pulled up and wait forever on shrimp and it was bottom of the barrel crumbs
Did not receive mash potatoes and gravy with meal.
Only had 3 drink options fruit punch Dr Pepper or coke
