Order 3 piece chicken meal and received no side or biscuit
Order shrimp dinner and had to pulled up and wait forever on shrimp and it was bottom of the barrel crumbs
Did not receive mash potatoes and gravy with meal.
Only had 3 drink options fruit punch Dr Pepper or coke

I came and ordered the family bundle meal and they had no sauces and they only had mashed potatoes for a side didn't ask if we wanted original or spicy chicken and on top of that it took forever to receive sorry but I live in Cleveland and will never go back

Had my Grandmother not requested Popeye's I would have NEVER gone to this location. Every time I visit and have gone to this establishment I've only ever experienced POOR customer service and EXTREMELY long waits. Waited 24 minutes on 3 prices of chicken!! And when I went in to check on my food as we were told to pull to a wait lane. I discovered the employees, watching videos on multiple phones, joking, laughing, and ignoring orders!!!!!!! 2 people walked out if the place before they even discovered I was in the lobby waiting nearly 30 minutes on 3 prices of Chicken!!! But hey, how much could you expect from Popeyes??? It's all over social media, the poor service, low level employees, and extremely rude staff. POPEYES will continue to struggle and eventually close if this doesn't change.

Awful. The service was terrible. The employees had friends allowing children to walk into the kitchen. They were doing a cash pickup with Gardaworld and they took the money out all across the front counter. Just a truly awful experience.

This is quite literally the WORST fast-food in cleveland, MS. the service is AWFUL. every single worker is rude and has the nastiest attitude. they legit don’t even know their own menu. the food is thrown all over the bag and makes it completely unappetizing. everytime i’ve been we’ve paid for extra sauces just to get none then when you go inside still after paying for the extra they only give you one like it comes out theyre paycheck or something. new employment is needed asap because these people clearly don’t like they’re job.

This location has terrible service. The store frequently closes early, runs out of food and supplies, and shorts orders. For example, today I didn't get my requested sauces with a family-sized order of chicken strips, and my "large" orders of mashed potatoes were only half full. Food taste is usually on-point - and that's why I'll revisit from time to time, but don't be surprised if spice items get mixed in with normal flavours. Don't touch the counter if you go inside because it's usually sticky, tables often sit dirty for 30+ minutes, the floor is slick with grease (take care walking in on a rainy day), and the restrooms stink of urine. The drive through was poorly planned - orders are seldom ready for pickup when you reach the window and they'll ask you to pull forward to wait in a narrow area that is congested.
