Only Chinese food in the area worth a drive to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Had no problem getting into building with power chair and was able to easily maneuver buffet, dining area, and restroom

Disappointing experience this Chinese Sakura Buffet. Hidden 10% tip without consent, subpar food, and an additional 3% fee for card payments. Unacceptable practices. Review your bill carefully before paying. Would not recommend."

I was extremely disappointed here. Worse experience ever. The restaurant has a hidden 10% "gratis" tip imposed on customers without asking for permission, which I believe is unacceptable. Tips should be optional and left up to the customer's discretion based on their satisfaction with the service and food.To make matters worse, the food wasn't even good the way I wanted it. And if you pay with a debit or credit card, they tack on an additional 3% fee in the name of the credit card company! I've never heard of credit card companies imposing fees on customers in a restaurant before. It's outrageous!I strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their bills before paying to avoid these unnecessary charges. Overall, my experience at Chinese Sakura Buffet was a complete disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
