I tried Sonic again today 4/28/24Still same reoccurring issues I’ve had- , this one is by far the worst I’ve experienced. When I see commercials, I’m just like oh well I’m not going to get what that is So I don’t even try anymore. I don’t see what the good is in selling mozzarella sticks when they’re horrible every time you order them. I never go because nothing is ever consistent. The speaker at the drive-through needs to be replaced due to no one ever hearing you I said my order name at least 4 times loud and clear. It may not be their fault. All sauces requested on order we’re not in bag, lids were barely on and the Oreo blast look like someone had eaten out of it before also given no topping, etc..Nothing is crispy. Everything is just like terrible.? I can honestly say Indianola Mississippi’s sonic is by far the best I’ve had. So disappointed. The ice even smells like fried food, so it’s ruined my taste. To each its own! Just my experiences.
