The Taco Bell staff in Cleveland Miss is the best. They are quick and efficient. The staff is not always changing which says to me that it must be a well-run business with employees who want to stay there!
The dining room was empty but all the tables were dirty. After 15 minutes of waiting for our order and it still wasn't ready, we requested a refund so we could go somewhere else. The woman that helped us with that was very friendly and apologetic as was the cook. We were given a refund and our order.
