A bit scary looking on the outside and feels unfinished inside. The prices were a bit steep. The fries were delicious. The wait staff were attentive but a bit random or absent at times.

I’m normally not one to complain, but I feel the owners of this place might need to address a few things. My family and I decided to have Sunday lunch here. First off when you walk in the door there’s a sign that says “wait here to be seated”, so we sat and waited a good 5min before the staff noticed us sitting there. Strike 1 in my book. They seemed understaffed, which is typical now days, so I overlooked that as best as I could. The waitress was nice and did her job very well. The cooking staff…. Not so much…. We placed our order and after what felt like and eternity, we finally got our food(using that word loosely). What I received was a $15 toasted “Cajun” turkey sandwich(white bread that was supposed to be sourdough), with 1(yes I counted) piece of bacon(cooked to death and then cooked again). My youngest daughter ordered a small pepperoni pizza, which was undercooked. My wife ordered the gumbo, which was straight out of the can and very bland. My oldest daughter ordered the potato soup which was the consistency of grits and was also VERY bland and had some kind of “rubbery” taste that was kind of hard to describe. All and all, we spent(plus tip) over $100 for lunch, which was basically school cafeteria food. I was almost tempted to ask for my money back because it was by no mean worth what we paid for it. Oh well… lesson learned.

First time eating at the Warehouse and was very disappointed. Was immediately told they were out of sourdough bread and bacon, no problem there, but when I started to order soup and salad was told they had no loaded potato or chicken tortilla soup. Overheard the the waitress telling others of things they were out of. I ordered the tomato basil soup and salad my husband a hamburger. It took an hour for us to get our food and my soup and salad sit under a warmer over 30 minutes. Had to have it heated again. Needless to say, I will not go back to the Warehouse.

I called in an order for a sandwich and a pepperoni pizza. I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I did not receive my food for an hour, not exactly timely service especially for a place that advertised itself as a great lunch spot.
The $12 pizza I received appeared to be frozen and was ridiculously small. (Smaller than a Tostitos pizza and about the same taste.) My partner’s sandwich was incorrect. I watched the kitchen take soups kept at room temperature and microwave them to order.
All of this would be okay I guess if the service was faster and the prices were cheaper. I honestly can’t fathom how it took an hour to prepare what I received with a half empty lunch room.

The good: very unique space. It’s huge, retro decor, antiques, old Model T truck, phone booth, gas signs, etc.
Great feel and atmosphere.
Service was friendly.
The ok: food took a while although not super busy. I think the issue was I ordered a sandwich and the other party ordered a burger, well done.
I suspect my sandwich sat under the heat lamp too long. The outside of the gambino po’boy bread was pretty hard, dry and crusty. Also the meat to bread ration was off. It was mainly a bread Cuban.
The loaded potato soup was a thick, gloppy experience that wasn’t super pleasant.
The fries were not the freshest.
The burger was fine.
The house made chips were excellent.
It was also a bitter cold day when we went and it was cold inside. Wear a jacket if it’s cold out!
I’ll go back to the Warehouse, however. Im excited to give it another try as the menu looks great and every at bat can’t be a home run.

Unfortunately, our experience at The Warehouse was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We came in from Louisiana, visiting the area for Delta State University, so we were really hoping for a good meal after a long trip. Instead, we were told we were on a “waiting list,” yet we watched at least three groups walk in after us and get seated immediately. No explanation, no apology — just completely overlooked.
When we finally were seated, things somehow got worse. We sat for two full hours before any type of food was brought to our table. Drinks were slow, updates were nonexistent, and it felt like no one had any sense of urgency. What made it even more frustrating was that the cooks were all just standing around in the back, talking and moving at a pace that clearly didn’t match the packed dining room.
By the time our food arrived, the experience had already been completely overshadowed by the poor service. The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer care was honestly shocking. For a place that appears busy and well-known, the service was some of the worst we've ever experienced.
I truly hope management steps in and addresses these issues, because right now, The Warehouse is nowhere near worth the wait — especially for visitors coming in from out of state.

We ordered the shrimp dip and it came out like a soup. We ordered cheese and broccoli soup and it came to the table ice cold. They took the soup back and when it was brought back it was still cool. I ordered the Cleveland grilled cheesesteak and they came back to tell me they weren’t doing any grilled meats so I had to order something else. When that sandwich came the menu said the spinach was tossed with a pesto mayo which it didn’t have. My mom’s BLT had no mayo on it. The tomato on my sandwich had the spot where the stem was attached. Terrible food since it’s been bought out and servers have attitudes when you tell them something’s wrong! Will never return!!

After five years of consistent visits, we had a lunch today that was unlike anything we have previously had.
It started when we tried to order our meal at the same time we ordered our drinks and were told we would have to wait. We ordered pizzas that came with no sauce and no basil, we ordered cake that came in three different sizes, but the staff insisted they were all the same size so we sent two back and finally, when a manager came to our table, she was not interested at all in our concerns. She actually told us all the cake slices had to be equal because of the tool used to cut them. Right before she came over another staff member was kindly going to replace our cake because the person cutting was apparently new. This was stopped by the manager. She completely ignored our issues with a pizza that we have had multiple times and knew exactly what should be on the pizza.
After almost an hour waiting for food we still had an item missing. The restaurant was by no means full.
I completely understand having an off day, but what I don’t understand is how truly uninterested the staff was when we questioned why things we had ordered many, many times were completely different and not at all the the quality we have had in previous visits. Please do better when problems arise and put some quality control in place. We are usually a party of 6-8 people, some local and some who travel to Cleveland weekly for work. We want to be able to enjoy what was previously one of our favorite places.
