The wings here are always stale and really dry. Everytime I call they either don’t answer or they are missing whole wings when I call. I have never given any place a review but I went out of my way to review honestly. The sauce flavors are good and their other menu options are pretty good but the wings are mediocre.

poor customer service, and my order is never fulfilled.. i will not be eating here again, the prices are too high and the wait time is usually horrific.. but all in all the wings come straight from walmart..

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The food is hit or miss when they even get it right. I have ordered from here twice and two times they have not been able to complete an order. This time I took my food back and instead of fixing their mistake they place blame on DoorDash. Like that person has any responsibility for that restaurant at all. Their job is to get from point A to point B with the order. It’s the restaurants job to contact the customer. The manager of the establishment would not even come out to even offer a hint of assistance. And laughed like it was all some great production as I walked out empty handed. Well, DoorDash took care of your mistake and returned my money. My family and I will no longer be patrons. Doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a small town and places like this do not last long in this town.

This is second time visiting here. Disappointed the first time with the wings but I let it slide because I’m just used to eating wings in Memphis. This time I ordered a simple cheeseburger combo: lettuce, tomato, and onion. I asked for bacon and they said they only have bacon bits.. I just said no thank you. Go to pick up my food and everything looked great. Get home to see, they put GRILLED onions on my burger. I didn’t ask for them to be grilled. The patty itself was homemade but it was BURNT & VERY DRY.
