Yamato is a clean and welcoming restaurant with very good food and excellent service. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The hibachi chicken and sushi, like the super crunch roll with extra spicy mayo, were both delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure customers are well taken care of. Despite being a new restaurant, they are on track to improve their speed with time. Overall, a fantastic experience at this Japanese restaurant.
