I was in town visiting a loved one in the hospital on Saturday March 23,2024 around 6 p and decided to stop by. I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich that has TENDERS and the promotional 4 fried shrimp. I get to the window and I had no shrimp in my bag. When I inquired about it the rude young lady at the window said no add ons as if I hadn’t already ordered the shrimp . They also gave me the wrong chicken sandwich. I wanted the Zaxby’s kickin chicken sandwich with the chicken strips . Instead they gave me the one with a filet! They taste different to me and also my sandwich was old. Thankfully I don’t live there.

I took a chance in dining because of bad experiences i had at a couple of locations in Memphis,, TN. I was at the Cleveland, MS location and I was pretty much impressed. I ordered 4-piece chicken fingers plate. The food was freshly cooked, customer service was pleasant and the dining area was neat and clean. With that being said, I will be patronizing this location again when I come back to Cleveland, MS.
Food was terrible i ate with my friend and we ordered chicken tenders they had mustard on them we send them back and that came back i bit into the chicken tender and there was mustard and mayo in side the crust! will never be eating here again

The food was great. The first time we ordered we didn’t get all our food so we had to again, and again. We asked to get our drinks. And their machine was broken. They got one of our drinks wrong and it was just bad. I will not be eating there again. The cashiers were bad, asking for our order multiple times. And customer service was low too.

I went there and they got my order wrong so I went back to get it fixed and it was wrong again I asked to speak to manager for a refund but they were uncooperative and told me “mistakes happen live with it” I am genuinely upset and I will not continue to visit this location or any other locations of zaxby’
