I use to come here daily. Sometimes multiple times a day but I stopped once they began to enforce a military discount policy that requires personnel/veterans to be in uniform. This was a disgusting policy change that shows a misunderstanding of the standards of military service.
Afterwards I still would go from time to time but I’ve noticed a significant drop in quality. I don’t know what they have done but they changed the formula or something. The coffee seems weaker than it was months ago whereas if I go to a competitor, I get the same results as I did there.
Also the prices are not competitive and Starbucks/Cups is down the street. They kind of shot themselves in the foot twice because there’s no logical reason to continue to go.

I brought my dog Bella through here after she’s been in the vet for about a week due to her having surgery and the lady around 2:15pm I think. Closest to the area that they make the drinks was so sweet! I wish I would’ve caught her name. Offered her a pup cup with the treats. I think my Bella made a new friend ❤️. I believe that this is one of my favorite 7brews. I did not know they had a 7brew and I live in byram.

I came in this morning and ordered two blondies — one regular and one funnel cake. The funnel cake one tasted terrible, like watered-down milk. I asked for a remake, but it was just as bad. I don’t know the name of the employee who prepared it, but he was a tall, dark-skinned man. He may need some retraining because it seems he doesn’t know how to make it properly. Really disappointed with the quality today.

They let me sit wait for 20 mins three people say they was going to take my order but three white peoples pull up with donuts and stuff got there stuff quick the act like I wasn’t outside I knew they had a line so the line was coming down so thought I was going to be next but they walk pass me look pass me that was going to be my first time ever trying today but I never come back they wasn’t rude but they have they picks and choose that what you get for being black in America smh

Wait times are lengthy, the drinks could be wiped down better than they do, so they won't be as sticky. You all run out of the shake mix quite often. Some of the staff attitudes could be a bit more appreciative.

I would give zero stars if I could my experience here was a horrible and this is not the first time. I waited in line for 15 minutes with no one taking any orders in the line that I was in. It was so backed up. It was ridiculous. I ended up having to back out of line me and the four cars behind me because it got so bad

I’ve been a regular at 7 Brew and always appreciated their service, but I was disappointed to learn about a new policy: they now only give the military discount to service members in uniform, even if you show a valid military ID. The problem is, we’re generally not supposed to stop at public places in uniform unless it’s an emergency — so this policy feels out of touch with actual military standards. I hope they reconsider and show appreciation in a way that aligns better with how service members are expected to present themselves in public.
