I've sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with no one in front of me. No one in the waiting area this has to stop this is everytime I come to this place. This is Sunday October 20, 2024 at 11: 37am.You all have to much inappropriate stuff going on in the building. Customers don't need to be waiting 20 minutes for their foolishness. Just horrible all the way around, I have question the management.
They have never messed up my order and the food is always hot and fresh.

We LOVE Arby’s as a family, and it’s sad that the worst Arby’s we have ever been to is in our home town of Clinton. The music inside is the best part. Love it. This is a BRAND NEW building with mold and mildew all around the vents in the ceiling. Last time we came, no Arby’s sauce. Today we came, no curly fries. They are always understaffed, slow, and you can tell no one is happy to be here. One time that was different but you can tell some upper management was here and everyone was different. But 99% it’s just depressing. So sad.

I hate to do this but it is a need to basis. First of all (Lekesha) name on receipt has a bad attitude. No hello, no welcome, no nothing. Then she had a attitude with when I told her what I didn't need on the chicken sandwiches due to food allergies. Well guess what? I am at the hospital now. The person apparently just scrapped the lettuce off instead of making a fresh to order sandwich. I took the remaing food that my husband had ate on,into ER and they found lettuce. So preparing special ordered items isn't available apparently. How cruel! This location needs serious help with their employees before they cause anymore damage. I also witnessed Lekesha being rude to two other customers while I was standing back waiting for my husband's horrible bag of tragedy today.

Took about 10 mins at the drive-thru. There were only 2 people in front of me. The person working the window had a difficult time with my simple order. To top it off, my food was cold. Nothing like a cold cup of cheese sauce. ?I don’t eat fast food very often. This reminds me of why I don’t.
Pulled up to the speaker they took at least 6 minutes to answer. Ordered my food get to the window waiting about another 8 minutes before they came to accept my payment. Then they closed the window and it took about 13 minutes for me to get my food. On top of that it was hard around the edges and they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle. The wait time for my payment and food was unacceptable. I won’t be going back to that location again. Oh and the sweet tea was nasty.

I ABSOLUTELY loved the music they were playing! Loved the bell. Curly fries were a yessss, tea could’ve been a little sweeter. The shift lead lane was so sweet! All in all absolutely great!

It was a quiet dine-in experience. Everybody seems to want to go drive through these days. I like the free refills on drinks and extra sauce when requested. Very friendly staff. The food was good and my belly is a big. I'll go back again. Especially with my coupons.
