Was door dashing, so I didn't enjoy the food. But they have pretty decent customer service. Even the cooks have a good demeanor.

Everything was good. The food was hot and fresh. The customer service was there and helpful. Unfortunately the cod was a bit greasy. The rest of our food was great and new chicken strips are awesome.

I went to captain d’s in Clinton Ms, I asked for fresh dropped fish n the guy at the register was rude n told me they don’t cook fresh fish, I always thought you could ask for fresh food any where you go besides a buffet, anyway I just left because I didn’t want no old fish from the day

We like it because of the side options. They have more than just fries. Mac and cheese, broccoli, corn, okra, etc. the food is good and they service is just as good as any other fast food place.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals. They come with a drink and just $5 or so.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair could easily get in and around.

I'm a student of MC I'm new here, yesterday I went for lunch at Captain D's restaurant, the food was good but I didn't like the behavior of the salesman and he was suffering from cold which seemed uncomfortable to me.

See update below original review:Unfortunately, myself and my family had a horrible customer service experience at the Captain D’s in Clinton, MS on September 11, 2022. While attempting to order, I had questions about different fish options (that I did not see posted on the sign). My husband asked if there were grilled options, and she told us the options, my husband then asked if that could be made into a meal, and the attendant said to him “I just said that didn’t I?” Into the speaker, she also said, “ugh, this day just keep getting worse.” I’m not sure how a customer asking questions about meal options worsened her day, but, I immediately told my husband we wouldn’t be eating at that restaurant. My husband, who’d been looking forward to this meal since before we went to church, decided instead of going through the drive through he’d go in for service. Unfortunately, the same rude person was a the counter. He began the order, which started with our family meal and not the salmon he inquired about for me earlier and she said “So now you don’t want the salmon?!” He then said “am I not allowed to order multiple things?” She then said, “then why were you asking about salmon if you’re not going to order it?” He asked for the manager. To our surprise, she said she was the manager! Linda (she wouldn’t provide her last name). My husband wisely decided we wouldn’t be eating there today. It’s unfortunate that this individual missed an opportunity for service recovery multiple times and, as a person in a leadership position, set such a poor example for the other employees. I’m sure this is not the experience corporate leadership wants their customers to have.Update : Sept. 18 Thank you Captain D’s Clinton for taking such good care of me and my family today! The leadership team promptly reached out to us and gave Amy’s a great service recovery experience. Special thank you Shaun for taking care of us today!!

This Captain D’s food was old and nasty. They tried to refry the shrimp basket and it tasted like it. The breading was hard and greasy. The cheese sticks were at one point fried then apparently they tried to reheat the food. My 9 year old just refused to eat! With food cost increasing I’m very upset they even sent this out. It wasn’t like I was rushing them.
