Ordered pizza last minute and put no garlic sauce on one pizza. The food was made quickly, and they were boxing as we walked in, but they put the garlic sauce on the pizza. When I checked it and told them they had messed up, not one person said a word. I noticed the same pizza coming out of the oven and asked the guy giving me my change if I could trade out since it wasn't correct. He asked to whom I assumed to be the manager, and he said no because it was a large. He offered to remake mine, and I said no, that I didn't want to wait for it. The lady boxing the pizzas said she was going to remake it but didn't realize we would be there so soon. So, why not say something when the problem was confronted? She deliberately waited until the manager offered to remake and then used our "early" arrival as a reason to not do so. I don't order from here often for good reason.

It’s a shame when I go back to write a review and just 2 year ago this store received 5 stars in everything. We spend almost $70 if not more every time we come to dominos about 2 times a week. I am tired of the last several times coming and the food is burned up and not edible. Honest to God this is one of the five cheese dips I tried to stir up and it hardly had any in it and burned up what was in it. I called to complain; because I am so tired of paying for this food! The manager wouldn’t even respond when I asked her what she suggested. I thought we were disconnected. Then she responds and said, “maybe you should call in to tell them to take it out sooner that they are all timed with a specific timer.” I have had this dip not be burned up and I have had it burned up. This isn’t how it should look by stirring it. By the way not one bite taken. We will not be back

The pizza was absolutely awful!!! The ingredients were not fresh, the extra cheese that I paid for was nonexistent, and the crust was something that I hope to never have to taste again, also flat as in not properly worked. Oh yes it was cold and congealed. Hope you read this before spending your money at this Domino's in Clinton, MS

I placed a delivery order, the delivery man never knocked on the door and the order was recorded as completed, when they had taken the order back to the restaurant. I call to complain and ask for it to be sent again, and they say it's not possible. Disastrous service.

Dominos will always be my go to when I need something quick and dont feel like cooking. I never have any issues with the quality of my food but the service needs work. I wasnt greeted but the white lady beside me was but anyways I order the chicken bites and I am extremely allergic to tomatoes so I requested no diced tomatoes and had to go back into the store and inform them! No apologies or my bad just "I'll remake it" like it was literally your fault and you fail to acknowledge it. I believe the customer service could use a little tweak.

I've visited this location 5 times since moving to Clinton and have been totally satisfied every time. Always greeted promptly, pizza is always hot and delicious!
I would say it’s my first time to not be greeted in a Domino’s Pizza as I did a pickup, other then it needs updating the register doesn’t take tap card and we are in 2024 . I understand it’s a small town but it needs to step up its game .My hotwings and my complete order except my chocolate dessert was horrible ? I’m super upset and when you live out the country (25min and hungry ) it’s crazy to go back and return the food.•be more polite and add more love to the food - brings back your customers.
